My room was dirty upon arrival. The sofa is disgustingly dirty. Trash was in my room from a previous guest. The air conditioning went out during my stay and the front desk wanted me to gather all our stuff out the room at 11:00pm to even get into a room with air conditioning for the night. The staff was rude and very unpleasant to deal with. The only staff member that was kind and made our stay better was Rochelle. We thank God for her helping us get a room with our children with air conditioning. I don’t recommend booking this hotel through a 3rd party because they use that as an excuse to not be helpful at all.

Great stay! Would come back! Big rooms and nice staff!

The room was dirty, the bathroom was disgusting, a lot of stains in and around the toilet. I contacted the manager times and again and attached pictures, but no response at all

Location Tv wasn’t working at first but it was fixed

I liked that the staff was accommodating and responsive to each of my requests. TV's quality was very poor. The latch to turn the shower on was very hard to use. The iron did not work. We had to wait on another iron because the staff didn't k ow where rhe extra irons were. I borrowed a neighbor's iron and dirty steam water came out of it and ruined my white outfit. No one originally told me that towels were not automatically switched out daily. Breakfaat was not worth the money.

Everything. It was a very clean amazing facility. The pool was small and I noticed there were alot of homeless people around the property. Someone came up to me and asked me if I want to buy drugs.

Clean

The first room we were given was not cleaned with any TLC. Immediately, after opening the shower curtain, I noticed several strands of hair on the shower wall. I could tell the bath had not been thoroughly cleaned, hence the strands of hair all over the wall. I had to rinse it myself. Even with that, the hair washed down easily. That tells me, the bathroom was not cleaned well. The toilet paper looked as though someone had recently used the toilet. The least the staff could have done was changed the toilet paper, or even appear to make it seem fresh. The next room we were given, smelled like mold. I had to buy a can of Lysol spray to freshen the room. Not to mention, there were piles of dust nestled near the nightstand. There was dust everywhere in the corners. The outskirts of the room was clean, but again, no TLC in the little things that matter. The elevator was equally dusty. The carpet was old in the elevator, and you could see mounds of dust in the corners. This hotel needs an upgrade for sure. I don't expect hotels to be perfect, but I do expect cleanliness. I won't stay here again. It just wasn't a well kept hotel. Upgrades and deep cleaning are necessary. Thanks for the cookies.

The customer service was nice. They had bugs in my restroom the tv channels was barley working and when I told them about the bugs they came with bug spray Instead of trying to give me a new room

Beautiful. Nice location. Very nice staff. Minor complaint. The trash cans were small. I couldn’t fit anything in them.

Dirty/stained bed linen. Floor was not vacuumed...crackers from last occupant on floor throughout the room.

The location of the property was good and the indoor pool the girl at check in was also nice and helpful The room had nets and bugs, also the walls could use some wiping down as well as moving furniture to sweep or vacuum and make sure stuff left from previous guest are removed . The manager I guess he was on duty is rude af
