Beautiful Maid was rude and wouldn’t give us towels. I had just had surgery and needed extra!

This property is beautiful, well maintained, and current. The fitness center is better than many stand alone gyms. The sports bar, is among the best I've been to in a hotel. Staff was super friendly and very helpful. Great stay!

Nice clean hotel close to LSU. Requested 2 beds. Got an email confirming that request would be met. At check in? 1 bed. Sorry sold out we were told. Brought up a roll away. Friend is 6'5, barely fit. Ladies at the desk totally unconcerned even after I showed them the email confirming 2 beds. Didn't get what I paid for and the indifference of the staff was off putting.

Staff was great. Amazing happy hour and the breakfast was nice.

Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Safe parking lot. Property as a whole very nice, clean and safe. Bed ok, I don’t expect to sleep great like I do in my own bed. Shower was nice. My only major complaint was the jacuzzi tub wasn’t clean so I couldn’t use it even though I paid extra to get that room. Looked like it was wiped down quickly and not actually cleaned. Room clean otherwise.

Everything was great except for a little moldy like odor in the bathroom. I couldn’t tell where it was coming from but it was there. Also I had to jiggle the toilet handle for it to stop running.
