The breakfast choices were great and the staff was friendly.

A/C did not work well. It was extremely hot throughout the hotel.

Very friendly staff. Easy access. Little outdated. Breakfast was not my favorite, but staff was very attentive.

The room was clean, however, the AC unit was not cooling enough. The staff was helpful and was able to move us to another room with better AC. That worked. Breakfast was good. Check in and check out was also good.

Rooms were decently clean, slight musty smell though. We were bummed out when we went to open the pull out bed in the living room area only to find an 'out of order' sign under the cushion. Wish we would have known we would not have been able to use that pull out bed prior to checking in so we could have asked for a room with a working pull out bed. There was not one extra sheet, blanket or pillow found in the room in case someone wanted to sleep on the couch. There was not a dispenser on the shower wall for body wash, looked like it had literally been forcefully ripped off the wall. Not pleasing to see while showering. 2 lamps did not work. Making the room very dark. You have to pay for parking which was not disclosed on the website. The breakfast was phenomenal though. Would not stay here again though.

The room was very clean. Comfortable beds. The best part is their breakfast service. Wow !!! Excellent service was due to a chef available right there. You can ask chef what you want with eggs. The chef would cook right in front of you and you can see it. The eggs with vegetables (I picked what I wanted) came out sooooo delicious !!! A real champ !!!. They served you with a wonderful breakfast menu. We were so surprised. You can’t ask for a better one. This is the best one ever. Definitely we will come back.

Overall the stay was okay. The room didn’t smell good or fresh. Instead it smelt like mold. The hot tub water was cold.

I’ve stayed at the Embassy several times and each time is better than the last, everything is clean and convenient, the staff if always pleasant and the food is delicious! I will definitely recommend!!

Place looked run down. Hilton/embassy suites has really going downhill. But the kicker is that we accidentally booked wrong night and when my wife showed up to check in for the night after traveling all day is when she found out that the reservation was made for the following week. They informed her that she would not be refunded and they could get her a room which was more than the rate that we paid. She called me and after looking at the property said she would rather drive to another hotel.

The staff and breakfast was awesome The air was not so cold and our room was pretty old. The other room my daughter got was more updated

I like the location Sometimes the rooms can be a little more cleaner but I still like the hotel

Breakfast was awesome and the location was great. The bathroom floors was very cold and damp like even after wiping it with a dry towel. Queen size beds are always better, but overall it was good Bathroom floor and the full size bed

Nothing Didn’t like employee serving breakfast

Security in the parking lot is a necessity. My vehicle, along with 6 others was broken in to. If Security was outside, that would've been prevented.
