My new spot every time I visit Baton Rouge

My stay was excellent from start to finish. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was welcoming, professional, and always willing to help. The amenities were great, and the overall atmosphere made for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others.

Property was very nice, however the wallpaper inside the room was peeling off in many areas. The rain shower head did not work and you have to pay for parking. Otherwise I would have given it a 5 star.

We had to pay for parking and was not informed at check in; therefore, we had to pay a late fee and the other family traveling with us did not have to pay and they were parked beside us. This should be mentioned at check in.

Went well

The hotel just seemed to be poorly maintained. We had a lot of broken things in our room. The staff was great but the hotel needs to be updated/repaired. The pictures online had to be from when it was originally built as nothing is as nice as it's being betrayed. It listed a contenintal breakfast under the amenities that does not exist. If you want anything it has to be purchased from the restraunt in the hotel. We booked the Concierge room and there was nothing exclusive or complementary that came with it. It was just a more expensive basic room.

Great place to stay.

I was sold a room that was not available by Booking. com. Very unhappy regarding this false advertisement, and paying $50 more for a room that did not exist, and not being compensated.

I loved my room overall. When hotels don’t have carpet it’s a plus. Loved the staff and the restaurant/bar was totally fine. The breakfast buffet is pricey but since they cater to business travelers this makes sense. The bed gave me a sore back and the curtain was unhooked on one side so the sun got in. I also didn’t like that parking is private. Some details like that are what held back a 5, but I would stay there again.
