The staff, property and breakfast were GREAT! Disappointed I couldn’t use the awesome gym with my son (under 12 yrs of age). Otherwise, had a great experience. Ballroom area had an off putting smell.

The room was nice and all but the bed was horrible. We could not lay at the head of the bed because if we did, the mattress would have been on the floor. HORRIBLE MATTRESS!!!!

It was a July 4th stay. Easy check in, very clean lobby, rooms immaculate, the pool area was so nice, you wouldn’t think you were by an intersection. They had a live band that was great.. everybody seem to be having a great time.. just a great vibe.. will come back.. To the staff keep the GREAT work up..

We arrived at 9:30 and the only thing to eat was the buffet that closes at 10 they still wanted to charge us $35 per person even for the kids.

The services and staff were superb. The room was very clean. The atmosphere of the hotel was very pleasant. The hotel is conveniently located to the interstate and restaurants. Truly enjoyed the overall experience of being there.

Everything about this hotel was absolutely amazing!! The staff were the BEST EVER!!! ALL OF THEM!! Bathroom was very small, but other than that I'm definitely staying again!

The best part of staying at this hotel was the convenient location. The hotel was very easy to find with close access to the major interstate and restaurants nearby. Although I was hesitant to park my expensive vehicle in the parking lot due to all of the signs posted stating “Park at your own risk”, there were several police vehicles there which made me feel more safe and my vehicle was fine the next morning. There were several factors that made this stay unpleasant. The front desk staff was not friendly at all, she seemed pre-occupied when I arrived and provided my room key without any further direction as to the location of the elevators, WiFi details nor confirmation of the check out time. The room I was in was not clean, there was dirt on the floors, the AC vent filter was hanging down from the bottom of the unit, the bathroom had dirty spots and splatter near the toilet and on the cabinet area by the sink. The guest in the room next to me were having a large gathering at 11pm and were very noisy, they were smoking marijuana which their smoke was coming into my room from the connecting door, which made this experience horrible. I had to put a towel on the floor to block the space at the bottom of the connecting door to stop the smoke from their marijuana from coming into my room. I could not sleep most of the night due to their noisy gathering which did not end until 2am. Very disappointed at this hotel, I was expecting a better experience from the Crown Plaza. The ironing board had several holes in the fabric which made visible marks on my clothing, I was required to put a towel on top of the ironing board for my clothes to be ironed properly so that I could look presentable for my meeting. The best part of the stay was the breakfast experience which I was a bit disappointed that had to pay for breakfast, but the waitress in the breakfast area was very nice and friendly, this was the only person that displayed great service during my visit.
