Room was fine, but the sheets had an odor to them. Staff was helpful.

The room was super clean. The staff was very helpful even though we were checking in late at night. The area is very safe. We were pulling a U-Haul and parked it outside with no issues at all. Highly recommend!

I’ll start this by saying people are everything and the staff saved it for me. We booked our room at 9pm for a 3 night stay because we were driving in all night from Texas for the birth of our grandson. When we arrived at 3am the system dumped our only 3 hour reservation, I was mind blown. The staff fixed it and we were able to check in. Everyone that worked over the next few days was kind, welcoming and made it feel cozy despite the building needing work. It’s not neglected it’s just humidity and wallpaper aren’t friends in the humid south and it’s been well worn in general. Book it, keep these good people employed and Hilton will surely fix things up.

Comfortable clean and a safe location

The location was pretty good (aside from being able to hear the interstate). The elevators were not working. We had to climb to the 3rd floor and I have heart issues.

Our air conditioner didn't work in our room the 1st night so they moved us to another room. They did but our room was smaller.

Wish the room was a little bigger and could wash laundry there.

Our stay was comfortable, staff was excellent, friendly and efficient.

Fast check time staff was great and breakfast was good no complaints at all would do it again

The guy that checked us in was very pleasant and helped alot. Rooms and bathrooms were very clean and the bedding was as well. There was nothing I did not like.

Everything was nice with the exception of the floor being weirdly waxy. I would stay again.

What I didn't like about my stay, housekeeping did not do their job. I had to ask for towels, and I did not receive room service.
