Only reason we booked this hotel was for the outdoor pool. It was beautiful. But oh wait it’s closed. No reason why at the end of July.

The pool was out of order when we got to the property and that was the main reason I wanted to come and go swimming at the Hiltons on my vacation but that didn't happen asked the maintain man when the pool is going to be fix he said next Friday my trip would be over with at that point and the company could have told the people online that their pool is out of order I wasn't the only customer that was upset about the pool and it's the summer time in July 2026. The bed is very uncomfortable feel like you're sleeping on a box spring need to update beds to 2026 beds those beds are old and terrible to sleep on need new pillows as well felt like I was sleeping on just a pillowcase with no pillow and they so small you by 5 of them just to make a pillow no cushion at all. Please update your beds for future guess

Stay was good. I told the front desk that I was leaving and checking out early but they didn’t put it in system. I told them on July 8th I. The morning

Hotel has seen better days. Booked for a baseball tournament and the fact they had a pool. It was never open despite being told it would be open on Monday. Air in the room didn't work well I asked it to be checked and was told it was but nothing changed. The hallway on our floor was 80+ degrees the entire stay.

When we first got there our air conditioner did not work so they moved us to another room well the ac didn’t work in that room either the hotel staff said all the ac’s are going out and need to be changed the breakfast was good but sleeping in warm rooms was definitely not good.

Staff members very professional! Clean inside and outside. Very convenient for out of town folks. Also close to the interstate & not for from both of our universities and the Mall of La.

The place is nice and clean, however the phone in my room didn’t work at all and the toilet made a hissing noise.

The check in process was great and the ice was bagged and ready to go for guests :)

This was an excellent stay! The carpet and sofa in the room was a little musty - but everything else was clean and great! The breakfast was yummy and had a lot of choice! We will stay again when visiting our daughter for college!

Rooms were nice, and huge. The staff was so friendly. My family and I felt super comfortable which isn't normal for us in hotels. Loved the fact that they had big bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the showe in the bathroom. The kitchen in the room has a stove top, apartment size fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and dishes. The pull out couch was very comfortable. We were in a suite and and it felt like I was in an apartment with everything I needed. If I ever have to go down there agian foray reason this is where I will stay. Breakfast was amazing. It wasn't the normal cereal, toast, and muffins. They cooked eggs, sausage, hash browns with veggies and sausage, smoked sausage, and grits. I'm not sure what else the cook on other days. But the two days we were there it was different breakfast. They also had yogurt and fruit. They had grills outside in case you wanted to grill. By far the best hotel I went to. The price was honestly shocking for what you get. I would have expected to pay alot more for this any where else. The pool needed to be cleaned some more. But im sure that was because they were packed and had a social event going on at the time so they couldn't make it to the pool. It wasn't green or anything. Just needed to be skimmed for leaves and bugs

The property location was fine. The lobby was well kept The hallways were stained the carpet was stained in the hallways. The hotel room was humid the pullout couch. The mattress was stained, and the mattress was very uncomfortable. The blanket that they provided felt like it was deteriorating. It felt like plastic rather than fabric there was mold in the restroom. and at around 1 AM, there was a hotel guest that was being incredibly loud and it took the hotel staff over half an hour to handle the situation.

The housekeeping service was terrible. I ask many times that I want to talk with the general manager was imposible because she was never there. The only kindness and helpful person of the front desk was Alisson. I also found a roach in the bed so I definitely don’t recommend to stay in here because is awful.
