I've never had a problem with my stay before I keep hearing this weird tapping on the ceiling in bathroom they left wet towels from other occupants they need new towels I stayed one day

A few roaches and some ants. AC was great clean was ok

This was the most disgusting hotel I has been seen. I did not stay for 24 hours of my 4 night booking. I have stayed in hotels that were pretty grossed, smoked in, dirty tubs, you name it and still stayed. This place had mold everywhere, no breakfast (which EW), when I would go up to talk to someone there was no one to be found. I woke up feeling so sick there was no way I could stay in that mess. Hotels.com gave me a full refund even without insurance because it was so bad. I will not ignore bad reviews ever again.

The room was fhilty and there were Roaches everywhere

The guy that works at the front desk Im not sure if he owns it or what but very rude and discriminated against me and my family said he just didn’t like our kind and wouldn’t let us check in the room. After checking us in snd giving us key card and Wi-Fi password and taking our money he then wouldn’t let us in past the elevator.

It was a great stay with a wonderful price range, walking distance near food and shopping mall.

My stay was wonderful clean room and the staff was really sweet. I will be book again real soon

Arrived at about 4pm. Got into my room. Floor was dirty. No towels in bathroom. No toilet paper. Dirty rag in the tub. Toilet was dirty. I can understand forgetting the towels but the rag in the tub and toilet was unacceptable. I went down, told the clerk, he grabbed me towels. I was exhausted so I just decided I'd remove the rag, shower and sleep a bit before getting back on the road. When I removed the comforter, there was something on the sheets that looked like old blood. Not much, much any amount was enough to warrant a trip back down stairs. Let the clerk know my issue and he told me that it would be over an hour to get the room cleaned properly. I decided to grab a bite to eat next door while waiting. He called me about 30 minutes later and swapped rooms. This room was very clean. No issues after the initial incident.

Shower had mold, there were used wash clothes hanging across the shower curtain. Bleach had recently been poured in toilet. Towels had black paint spots.

The concrete pole at entrance was half knocked down. Upon entering the foyer, the area and hallways smelled musty and a scent of some sort of incense aroma. Upon entering the room after checking in at the desk, it was damp and a smell of wet dirt and mold. We asked for a replacement room. Lady attendant offered a second room. We entered the room and smelled the same wet dirt/mold-mildew odor. When we asked her to come down to check it out, she said "why would I want to smell it, too?" She said no one else had complained of any bad smell and asked if we wanted to cancel our reservation, which we had to. We could not sleep in a room with mold/mildew smell throughout. She did mention they had experienced a lot of rain in the past few days (why would that matter?). Do not waste your time and money at this location.

DO NOT STAY HERE ! I had to leave this hotel in a thunderstorm to hopefully find a better one to stay in. There was mold! Nothing was cleaned and the restroom toilet was super peed on do not stay here! They say they offer free breakfast but once you are there they’ll tell you otherwise horrible horrible place please DO NOT STAY HERE!!

Room was disgusting. Paint chipping off the walls. The bathtub looked dirty. And room smelled bad. Floor was wet in some spots and sticky. Front door staff was not very friendly, and talked to each other in another language while I was trying to check in. Didn’t feel safe.

The rooms had smelled like mildew so we didn’t stay there because of that !

Terrible! Roaches ROACHES. roaches on the wall the bathroom roaches that’s it that’s all I have time to say

The entire experience was AWFUL!!!’ False advertising at its best and I want a refund!!’ Will never stay there again

The rooms had no light bulbs or hangers for clothes leftover

This hotel advertises but has not one of the amenities that it claims it has. It is also filthy, rooms dirty from the linens from the towels, walls to carpets. The pool is also cemented, no media room, no ice machine as well and only one working light that was dim the entire time. This roach motel is worse than when Martin & Gina went to Chilligan’s Island!

Everything it was horrible to the point where i couldn’t stay
