It was cool lisa was ok. The front desk was amazing

I noticed immediately when we entered our room that it was very clean! I have an eagle eye for dirt, hair, etc, but I never encountered anything! That was very nice. There was plenty of parking and the area is well lit, which we appreciated right off of the interstate. We didn't eat the breakfast, per se, but I had coffee both mornings we were there, and I had some yogurt one of the mornings. The waffles seemed to be a big hit with all of the other guests. The breakfast area always seemed clean and well stocked. I noticed many times that the ladies who work there were standing close by being very diligent in cleaning up after guests and checking on things. The staff were nice when we encountered them in the hallways. I will definitely keep this place in mind next time we are in town.

The staff was welcoming.The room was clean but small. You could tell the hotel has been around for many years. We were there for our granddaughters, weekend softball tournaments which also was LSU's first home game. Now I figured they upped the price because of that even though we were not close to the stadium. The breakfast is all pre-made and heated in a microwave in a hall, looked like, a closet. Yes I am very upset with the price and what we got for it including a toilet that didn't flush. We paid $271.00 for 1 night. I can go this weekend check in Saturday check out Sunday it's $81.00 for one night. When I read the reviews I am sure that is what they paid. Shame on people that do this.

Nothing at all the staff was rude the breakfast was horrible there was blood on the carpet in my room and they said they needed $100 deposit for each room which will be returned after check out still waiting on my money Everything

Location Not enough parking in front of facility

When I checked in I asked for a quiet location. Then,I requested a room change because of a musty smell in the first room. I then was given the room next door to the dining room. At 4:30 AM, I was awakened by banging doors and pans. When I tried to shower, I never got hot water no matter how I adjusted the controls. There was hot water in the sink but something seemed to not allow the control to turn enough to get hot water.

There was a problem with me getting all my deposit back, but the clerk corrected it . He was very friendly. The room was great. Breakfast bar could use a few more items choices, but overall good.
