OYO Hotel Baton Rouge - Mead Rd Louisiana

THIS HOTEL IS PERMANENTLY SHUT DOWN AND CLOSED FOR BUSINESS. DO NOT TRY TO MAKE A RESERVATION AT THIS LOCATION. I made a reservation for this location, but had to stay somewhere else after I arrived. I am having trouble getting my money back from this reservation and have contacted multiple agencies (the Hotel helpline, the booking AI helpline messaging, and travel insurance company). Contacting the news station will be my next step.

Got to the property and found it to be burned down. Called a representative who promised me a refund becaus you know ITS BURNED DOWN! Then got a message saying I wouldn’t. OYO is a total scam don’t book

I showed up to an abandoned building. I’m thank I didn’t wait to dark to check-in. Although the hotel was in operable, and uninhabitable, Oya still changed my card. It was very scary and I was asked to take pictures unbelievable. But I did. Needless to say called Expedia leasing desk 50.00 additional 50.00 charge. Expedia settled with me for $48 less meaning they gave me 100 cash points however it really didn’t matter because I was out of the 48 bucks from the hotel and then an additional 50 bucks just for them to give me 100 bucks to get somewhere to spend the night, I will never ever stay at one of their places again. I am a little disappointed with a Expedia. This is the first time that this is happened to me and I’ve used them forever. This was definitely a do not recommend.

I didnt even stay in the hotel because there was NO hotel. It was abandoned and i was still charged. I highly recommend expedia remove this hotel from your website. If not there will be more scammed customers which makes expedia liable for false advertisement

This property is vacant. I booked a stay here and the windows are blown out, nobody here, and no electricity. Stay away from this place

This hotel is closed. I got there and it was litterally closed. It's got broken glass all over the place. No one is there. The doors to all the rooms are open. Yet, you won't give me my money back.

We did not check in, did Not stay! Place was abandoned, rooms were trashed( Literally). Place not open for friendly business. Scary experience

There was no hotel at the location. It was torn down from stores and never fixed

Was shut down and in terrible condition. Driveway blocked off, grass and weeds 3 feet tall roll coming off. It was disgusting.

That property doesn’t exist, this is a fraud, was send the property pictures to baton rogue police department

This property appears to be an abandoned hotel. The driveway entrances are barricaded, all of the lights are off, there are no personnel present, and the property seems to be condemned.

I didn't stay because this place is closed down , they took my money and now I'm waiting on a refund. I had a very difficult time to get this taken care of . This hotel needs to be removed off of hotels.com

The hotel was abandoned. I paid 191 for two nights and the entrances were blocked off with no lights and one car in the lot. I filed a dispute and will be getting my money back. I suggest taking these oyo hotels off of this app. I got scammed.
