Property condition need improvement Amenities needs improvement

Arriving after dark the place was frightening. People “hanging out” all over the place. The room itself was mostly clean though. Bathroom mirror looked like it had been wiped with an extremely dirty rag.

The location was relatively close to downtown. This was the only thing likable about this property. See all of the attached photos. The room was filthy. Towels were give at the desk. I refuse to even bath after seeing the dirt ring and toilet bowl in the bathroom. The floors had not been vacuumed nor swept. This representation of WoodSpring or any other place to rest a for a cost is a crime.

It was ok kids in next room over was beating on the walls at 3am in the morning and running around in the halls

didn’t like anything about this place everything ! walls was dirty nd it had roaches in the room! if you don’t the smell of weed don’t stay that’s all the halls smell like. while we were in the room sleep another family walked in because they were assigned our room . not worth the money i spent at all

Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel. The room was not clean, and I did not feel safe during my stay. There was a lot of noise throughout the night, including loud music from other rooms, and groups of people were hanging around the property and outside the rooms until late at night. The room itself was in poor condition, and the beds were very uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations. If you’re looking for a clean, quiet, and comfortable place to stay, you may want to consider other options.

I booked this room and I wasn’t even able to check in even though I fully paid for it. The owner admitted that he did not want to get up to come and give us a room key and that his hotel was closed. Do not book here.

Lady at front desk was very helpful and friendly but was short staffed and over worked. Hotel was very dirty and room was even worse. small holes in the wall everywhere in the room. Not a single trashcan was available. Bed bugs got me pretty good the one night i was there.

I didn’t like anything because I couldn’t even get anyone to let me in. The whole experience sucked. I had to drive back home an hour away because no one let me in.
