Bad area, if I could give ZERO star I would

Rooms are usually pretty clean accordingly. The staff can use some customer service skills besides the black lady at night.

Was not as advertised, room was not up to par, furniture, bedding, restroom had worn down items. Shower curtain was dirty, sockets were not working or barely functioning. The only good thing the Manager was very pleasant.

Bedbugs & no refund even though we checked out less than 2 hours after checking in. We made the mistake of not heeding the sign that said “no refunds after check in” should have been suspicious.

The bed and sofa were broken. The room had a strong odour of sweat and smoke. There was dirt in the corner of the floors in the bathroom. There were stains on the blanket on top of the sheet. There was a nail from where the Bed had broken in the sheets. If we hadn't arrived so late we would have looked for alternative accommodation. In the morning despite check out being 11, at 9:00 a.m. housekeeping tried to get into the room.

Since the bought super 8,the maintenance has gone down
