Staywell Suites

I travel to Waffle House by the property. The front desk representative was very nice. I didn't like the room was not ADA equipped having a very low toilet that was very hard to get up off from. No ADA rails provided in the bathroom. No clock in the room. No iron in the room and no telephone to call the front desk.

Ms Felicia was very pleasant. I didn’t like the property. I had a few roaches in my room the smaller ones. The one bed I slept in had black marking and hair on the second sheet so I tossed that one the floor. I didn’t have a microwave.

Not look like in review, so bad

Good

Floor was wet bc of ac, bed was hard, people just hanging around your vehicle, room smelled awful.

Bad

They kept my deposit for no reason. And they were rude Everything honestly

Very poor

Door lock inoperable. Phone didn't work. No USB for phone. Sketchy characters in parking lot. Did not serve breakfast.

The staff were kind & took good care of me. I ckd in at night with the owner & he gave me a room next to the lobby & front desk to keep me safe because I was travelling alone. My room was spacious with a fridge & microwave. The daytime front desk staff & housekeeping were friendly & helpful to me. Even the other guests I encountered were kind & friendly. It was an older property but kept in good condition. There was no breakfast but there was a Circle K & Waffle House across the street & a Taco Bell & Popeyes Chicken right next door as well as a grocery store & Dollar Tree a block down the street. Honestly for the value I really cant complain about a thing.

Bad

The lady at the front desk years of hospitality have done run up it’s time for her to retire. I mean it forces her to even give a smile and the Housekeeper will not clean your room. If you’re staying there already she will not do turn down service just avoid this place.

Superb

The room could use some touching up her and there. Could've had a better TV reception. The coffee are in the lobby in the mornings need a update. When you first enter the rooms the rooms just have a funny smell it don't smell like a fresh hotel room. And then the room look like it was you staring at me the toilet paper was in a full roll it was almost gone the towers I mean the few times you had in there they just looked it like old the bidding just two little pillows like just didn't feel like a genuine hotel and they can use them better locks on the doors. I mean you don't do for a one-night stay if you're not planning on using the room for hours and hours if you just want to go somewhere and catch a nap and go to sleep but for an extended stay I wouldn't recommend it
