Had to switch rooms twice to find one with a working TV.. The bed is suicide. They tell you it’s asking but it’s a full with a king headboard.. $50 deposit is required Told front desk clerk that I would be leaving out early that morning around 5:30. He assured me someone would be in the office to refund me.. following morning the lady at the desk stated she didn’t know how to refund and I would have to wait for the property manager to arrive at 6 she didn’t show up until about 6:45.. I will never stay here again! Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else!!

The staff was horrible. We ended up getting a different hotel and not staying there because the front desk lady was just so very rude for sure

The room itself was clean, and the mattress was relatively comfortable. However, it was NOT a king-size mattress as advertised….it was maybe a queen at best, and was on a bare metal frame like what you’d have at camp. No blanket, just a top sheet and thin cloth cover. The fan in the bathroom sounded like a blender. It was unsettling to have people sitting on the curb outside their room and watch me unload. There was hot water for the shower…IF no one else was taking a shower in another room. And there was a surprise $50 deposit required at checkin. (Which I easily got back when I checked out) Pretty bare bones/old. It looks like they are trying to remodel? But there’s a long way to go!

We were there for 1 hour and found bed bugs. Booked thru Travelocity and we’re told they won’t refund us. Pissed off!!!

Expedia doesn’t tell you that property makes you leave a cash deposit. Luckily I had money otherwise I would’ve been out the cost of the room they charged my card as no refunds are allowed

Old outdated disgusting! Hole in the Floor of our room smell like old cigarettes and very dirty TV did not work they're disappointing

It wasn't what I expected it smelled bad Carpet stained wasn't a king bed I requested shower curtain liner missing I'm a housekeeper myself and I would rate this as poor management I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone trust me.

Had a bad check in, key didn’t work for 2 different rooms, first room given was under construction. Towels with stains on them. Other than that it was a place to stay for $60 can’t expect much

The “owner” is a horrible person. She was rude and actually called me a hoe. They charged me a $30 deposit and demanded it be cash, and tried to only give me a room for 1 night and I reserved for 2. I will never stay there again. It is known as the meth hotel

parking right by room no blanket, just thin cotton cover on bed. carpet old and in bad need of cleaning to say the least

Location I either froze to death or I was super hot. There was no in between. There was a blood stain on my sheets. It was freezing when I arrived .

times that if I smoked or broke anything in the room that I would forfeit the $30.00 security deposit that I was being charged at the time I checked in. The room was gastley. The unit blew cold air all night. There were no blankets, only a thin sheet and an eaquallly thin bed spread. I unpacked my bag and spread all of my clothes over me to keep warm. Also the refrigerator didn't work and the tv was a mess, no way to watch. btw the picture you show here was nothing like the room. After relating my experience to local relatives, they informed me that this was the local drug and prostitution motel. Enough said.

Dive - was probably handling tricks out of the few rooms that had cars. I was refused a room at 2AM in the morning saying they were overbooked yet the parking lot was half empty at 2AM. They said I received an email of the situation - there was no email.

The customer service was rude and the information that was given was unpleasant about the area by the staff.

We booked a king bed got a queen and there was only one pillow and one towel! No trash can at all. The tv was like 13 inches! And only one channel worked

Nothing it was absolutely disgusting and a nightmare Everything !! It was dirty only one pillow on a king size bed the bed was on a wood plank filthy horrible staff was no where besides smoking ciggs the name wasn¿t even what they advertised ! Absolutely horrible
