It wasnt what i expected

bathroom walls dirty you could tell they just don't take time to clean

It’s in the middle of being remodeled as a result those absolutely no ice machines on any of the floors. It was available in the breakfast area but not very convenient. Had to get a lamp fixed in the room as it was in need of new switch not just a bulb. The extra latch on the door was broke and been fixed in a while. All in all still worth it for the

It was an old hotel. Carpets worn. But rooms were clean. Trash in the ice alcove. However, no ice machiine.

Front desk didn't help with support needed with billing.

We got an 'upgraded' room with new purple paint. The tables and lamps had dust all over them & the sheets had stains. Absolutely unacceptable

Have rooms properly stocked with toilet paper before putting someone in a room

The floors were dirty

Overall not a bad hotel, there was construction everywhere. Mattresses were hard. Staff were friendly and helpful.

There was an unexpected deposit required at check in that they never have done before. Then the front desk clerk gave me an unclear reason as to why my family of 4 couldn't get enough towels to accommodate us. The bath tub wouldn't drain and the water ran yellow.

Awful stay here. Construction workers banging and drilling at 8am on a Saturday am. Hotel had ceiling panels missing in the hallway with water leaking everywhere. Buckets collecting water in the hallways. Ceilings and walls in the room were stained wirh water stain and holes not filled in. Hallway floor was wet. No heads up was giving about any construction happening at the location before hamd or at the check in.

Terrible. Renovations, no pool, vending machines, jacuzzi, room service, ice. They should have been closed and it was moldy. No clean linen because no staff available. I would never stay there again

No ice machine, and our refrigerator didn’t work in our room

This place was an absolute crap hole. As soon as we walked in we were welcomed with the smell of marijuana. You could smell mold in all the hallways. Then we walked into our room, where there was a couch we didn’t dare sit on because it was so gross… no working television and the a/c unit made terrible noise all night. The Saturday evening front desk person looked like she was on something. What a horrid experience and needless to say we will never stay at this hotel chain again.

Toilet didn't work then TV didn't work not very happy

We booked online when arrived there they no reception there . We wait until staff come then they said no room but system still have room and they no contract us or email before . We have to find hotel late night

Very upsetting when we went to check and we were told that our room had already been occupied by another guest at the hotel even though he had already paid online for our room. The attendant at the front counter was very rude, and told us that there is nothing she could do, and that she was canceling our room but hadn't called us or told us anything.

Super friendly staff, loved my stay.

Unloaded into our room, wasn’t sure we’d be able to stay due to the dust and all the construction thought. I would at least let the children go down to the pool only to find out there was no lighting and it was evening time so it was dark very unsafe environment. We loaded back up and left the facility.
