Never had breakfast Stink bugs and flys in the room, no hot water. We checked out after one night. Moved to different hotel. I would like to request a refund for remainder of the stay we didn’t stay there

Breakfast. Pool. Bed was lumpy. Floors were dirty. Bathroom was too close to the door. Sink and mirror were just inside the door. Ice machine was broken. Ceiling was falling down in spots. Overall old hotel.

Location was great staff was friendly and pool was open late Hot tub was broken and the beds were uncomfortable my back was not happy

Room was clean and comfortable, the only thing in the room was the iron the cable was broken and tape together with electrical tape it seem like a hazard. Hallways seem very outdated but the room it seem was recently update. Staff was a little unfriendly

We had a very good experience at Baymont by Wyndham in Battle Creek. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the overall atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming. Breakfast was enjoyable with a good variety, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in the area. Highly recommended!

Multiple leaky pipes and pool area closed because the lights were all off and they couldn't figure out how to get them on. No change for the $3.00 per load washer and dryer. Breakfast was pretty good and the staff were nice.

Overbooked, no rooms at the Inn. Can't get my money from booking.com or the facility. Overbooking.

The beds were comfortable My first booked room was filthy! The receptionist was nice and gave me a different room. It was better. The bed sheets were at least clean and changed but the walls, floors and bathroom could have been cleaner.

Manager called the cops because we asked for them to give us correct room or give us a refund…. They refused to give refund even after kicking us off property. We were calm and not asking for too much- but she didn’t want to give a refund and that she didn’t have to deal with our attitude when we asked for a refund (we didn’t have an attitude).

The staff was amazing! Truly a great team working together. They were able to make last minute accommodations for my family during a power outage. The empathy and care was truly refreshing.

Nothing We had a confirmed reservation through this app and when we got there they told us the hotel was oversold and did not have a room for us

The beds and linens were comfortable and cozy. The hotel was dirty. There’s no other way to explains. The beds were fine with clean sheets but everything else needs a deep cleaning. Breakfast during the week was lacking. The dispenser for the waffle mix needs a deep cleaning or to be thrown out and purchase a new one before someone get sick.
