Pool was cold, smelled. Couldn’t get an extra blanket. The ac could not cool the room down. The shower head did not work properly. The toilet paper roll did not stay on the wall.

Very clean… very close to a lot places to eat and a few gas stations nearby… if you’re going for a wild weekend there’s plenty of dispensary’s and liquor stores around the area…

Size of the room Checked in was told we'd have our room in 30-45mins, waited an hour, still no room....did our thing around town came back 2 1/2hrs later and the room still wasnt done room service said another 30mins....sheets were washed but there was 4spots of blood on them, bloody pillow that we seen before running around town they just put a cover over it and also a blood spot on the floor.....hot tub in our room looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months as well....2nd time staying here and was the last time!

Food was ok beds were nice Found a drug syringe in my bathroom over door. And kitchen caught fire first morning we were there to eat breakfast

I booked for two days but only stayed one night. The place was not very clean. The TV or the phone not working. Breakfast not available because they had a fire in kitchen. We were awakened by the loud fire alarm. We decided to find another hotel. Spoke to staff and explained why we were leaving. He told us to notify Expedia and that we should get reimbursed for the second night we did not use. He said that the hotel would reimburse but we would have to get the money from Expedia.

Room was not clean. Television, microwave, phone did not work. The room was not inviting, very institutional feeling.

Definitely check your bags before you get home.(things that crawl) Place was clean, minus the six legged critters. Other than that not a bad stay.

I noticed her this is the second time I've been up here in that hotel that the caulk and most of the bathrooms seem to be kind of moldy in the shower heads or just kind of crusty and this they need to be cleaned. Well the room I got about a month ago had USB charging ports for my phone I brought the cable not the plug in and I couldn't really charge my phone so it looks like not all the rooms are updated 100% to the exact same

The breakfast. Cigarette butts in room, pool was freezing, room was not as advertised, little fridge didn't work all food spoiled. It was supposed to be a double queen Suite with couch there was no couch. Not a good experience.

When we first got there to our room they didn't give us a jacuzzi room that we paid for it took a couple hours. But they finally gave it to us.

The room was not cleaned there was food left from prior and we said something to staff and they said we will clean it and never did. The pool was ice cold the steps to jet tub in our room was broken and there was water damage on the bathroom ceiling. Was never told about a 50 cleaning deposit until we got there

During our stay, there was a couple of construction crews staying the night and they generally left dirt around the lobby and the breakfast area. They were not the quietest people either. The local area had a number of businesses and restaurants that were closed. But there were fast food restaurants that were in walking distance. At least the bed linen and room bathrooms were clean and the breakfast was good. The staff was nice and apologetic. Not the worst place that I have stayed. But I would use a different property if I needed to be in the area again.
