Felt safe and the staff was very helpful; had all the comforts of home!

You get what you pay for.

Staff looked just as dirty as the room. They were so rude. Room was disgustingly inhabitable. Katie the receptionist was so unprofessional. Cockroaches all over, nothing was wiped down, blood and human feces on the walls and floor. Expedia should take this off as an option. Pictures are deceiving for this advertisement. Expedia should not partner with them.

Everything about the room was great except the toilet was a little low and sometimes moved a little when sitting down on it.

Horrible experience! We were transferred out of our first room without being notified. We couldn't get our key to work so that is how we found out we were moved to a different room. Second room that we were assigned to was a dirty room. Beds were unmade. The last room we were assigned to had visible cockroaches on the wall, the bedside table, the TV stand, and the floor under the desk. Would never recommend this place to my family let alone other travelers. Remove this facility from this app. Absolutely horrible. I am waiting for a Refund because we vamoosed out of that craphole. Ten thumbs down!! Worst experience of my lifetime! Stay far away. Remodeled rooms does not take care of cockroaches!! Makes me not ever want to use this app again, seriously. I also left a Google review. Terrible!!

I liked that it was quiet and also easy access to anywhere in Battle Creek because of its location. I want to preface this by saying that the cleaning staff are doing their absolute best with what they have. They came every day to clean or change sheets and were very super friendly and quick. That being said, when my four kids and I walked into our room for the first time, the floor was sticky. The kind of sticky where your shoes are trying to come off with every step. The bathroom walls had poop stains and the remains of (what we later found out as) roaches. Someone in the room behind us was cooking some sort of fish because we could smell the wet fish smell coming through our bathroom vent. The TV didn't work. It was on the whole time and we couldn't get the remote to do anything but mute and un-mute. We tried downloading remote apps, they didn't work. The microwave would turn on but it never would heat up. We slept on top of the sheets and used our blankets from the car to keep us warm. The roaches started coming out on night 3 and it really freaked my daughter out. We quickly learned that people were living there at the hotel (no shame in that) and that's probably the cause of the bugs, besides poor pest control. The front desk lady (night) was so rude the two times I interacted with her, I just didn't even bother to voice concerns.

Towels were terribly stained--what most of us would use as cleaning rags. I asked for cleaner towels, received them, but when housekeeping came in the second day of my stay, they replaced them with stained towels. Also, the floor was not cleaned thoroughly, sticky in places. And the room smelled of sweat when I arrived. Bed and bed linens were fine, air conditioning unit quiet.

No hand soap, toilet was dirty and TV didn't work.

Please remove this facility from your web site, this place has me questioning if I should even use Expedia.

AC didn't work in first room, asked for a 2nd room and it was under construction and not habitable, 3rd room was dirty but at least the ac worked and the beds werent covered in plastic and had fewer stains. The woman at the front desk was exceedingly rude during this stay and was very unhelpful

I stayed in one deluxe room for 1adult! The staff were all very nice to me. However to be honest ... I was not happy that the coffee from their machine was terrible. Not happy about no kind of breakfast offered at all. The vending machines were all practically empty from anything including drinks. I had to actually leave to find anything to eat or drink. However, the location was near to many places for food and drink. Lastly ... I stayed 3 nights and only the room was only mildly serviced once. No offerings at all to at least check for clean towels! In conclusion ... The room was nice and the staff kind. But they need to improve on at least their vending machines and servicing the rooms ... or at least offered!

Clear they care from fresh planted flowers to cleanly maintained facilities.

Location That the rating were so low, we hesitate for that reason.

Comfortable bed. Clean room. Had coffee and ironing board in the room but not coffee pot or iron

Location, clean Vicious dogs, people screaming obscenities at 6am
