Nothing fancy but the room was clean and check in/out was quick & easy. Would stay again.

The staff and how humble they were. Privacy was every good along with there quick response on any problem. Can say there was any. They were renovations going on so one its done im sure the stay will be even better.

The second is that this place does not compensate you for any inconveniences. The shower was not working, so we had to bath instead. We were awakened at 1 am by another customer trying to unlock and enter our room with a key card. Then an employee came with an actual key and unlocked our door. I would have been terrified had I not placed the chain across the door to keep him from entering. Later I was told that an employee had accidentally given us the key card to room A while putting us in the system as being in room B. The customer who came at 1 am had reserved room A and given the key card to it. When I brought up these two complaints when checking out and asked for a small discount, I was blamed for not complaining about the shower before. The lady at the front desk told me that if I had complained earlier, they would have moved me to a different room. I understand that things like showers break unexpectedly and that employees make honest mistakes. However, I don't think it was unreasonable for me to ask for a discount. $15 or $20 would have made me happy. There was no compensation whatsoever for the inconveniences I experienced.

Large, clean, quiet room. Comfortable bed with nice pillows.  Good shower with great pressure, lots of hot water, a free-flowing drain and a handy grab bar.  Sufficient vanity space around the sink to set toiletries.  Desk with chair plus a sofa which was convenient for 2 people to sit.  Lots of surfaces to set luggage.  Good location very close to I-94.  Excellent price.  Loved being able to park right outside the door.  Nick at check-in was very welcoming and helpful. There was no rack for the hand towel so it had to be set on the vanity which meant it was always damp.  Despite this inconvenience, we enjoyed our one-night stay.

It's an alright place to crash for the night.

Cigarette burns all over the carpet, tables and bedding. Microwave didn't work. Drug paraphernalia right outside the door

In a word: shabby. But it was pretty clean, and they do allow pets. But if you're looking for anything more than that, you will be disappointed. Flat pillows, exposed wires, not enough room to close the bathroom door , uneven bathroom floor, and battered furniture.

We didn’t even stay the night. Went somewhere else. Asked for a refund but non refundable online. He offered us another room but didn’t want it cus of the condition of the first room. Just said we will chalk that $75 up. Room smelt bad. The mattress cover had old blood stains from bed bugs that’s the main reason we didn’t stay. The guy was friendly but a no go for us.

Had too change rooms cause of water problem in shower. Second room couldn't control heat in room, room was cold all night.

I really have to say it was a mistake to have booked this place; it should be inspected by some authority. Our stay was very bad. First, we arrived having already booked this place online, so we had no references. On the day of our visit, my children, my wife, and I entered our assigned room, turned on the light, and what was there was far from normal ,There were cement stains on the carpet. Well, I thought, maybe we'd continue with the remodeling, since my kids were already sleepy. Traveling with kids means traveling with food and snacks because they want everything. We were carrying all that since our stay was going to be a family weekend. Well, I wanted to put my things in the refrigerator. It was awful trying to use that refrigerator; it was all rusty and leaking water. Luckily, I had a cooler with me, so I had to put everything back. We went to sleep, and when we turned off the light, we noticed that the door had a huge gap around the frame, where a rat or any small animal could easily get in. But luckily, there weren't any animals. It was 11 pm, and we were half asleep. My room was filled with a strong smell of weed, and the people who had booked next door were having their smoking party, complete with a speake included ,We had to put a sheet around that exposed door frame to avoid the smell of weed and the noise ,really bad experience

Frankly, it was adequate for 1 night stay. Definitely a budget friendly price with the minimal basics. Cleanliness was good, beds were comfortable. No bugs thank God! Strong odor of pot outside with many undesirable people but, it provided a roof over our heads and for that we were grateful. Can’t say we’d ever return to this property though.

There was a huge water puddle in from of our door. Check out was 12pm and they started hounding us at 11am because we had not checked out yet.

For the price i cant complain. Plus the staff are friendly and they're also pet friendly. Was quiet and i wasnt bothered by any noise from neighboring rooms or anything which is a plus for sure. Their housekeeper is very nice also, she didnt rush me when it came time to check out and that was definitely appreciated seeing as im not a morning person. Overall happy with my stay.
