I had no issue getting my cash deposit back. The room was also nicer than several other places with similar pricing.

Room was not clean lamp shades broken then on top of all that this website messed up my reservation didn’t book me the room with the hot tub so I had to pay an extra $50 on top of the $74 the website charged me. im disappointed with the hotel and this app. They will not give me a refund or the different in rooms and it is just crazy i spent $120 on a nasty room and to top it all off I found a bed bug so now I’m even more upset worst experience ever !!!!!!! Don’t mention the door frames are falling apart im the bathroom as well !

Its a decent place. Tucked away in a quiet spot of battle creek

Do not stay here! Dust on the beds dirty everywhere. Pictures on website 10000% better than reality. We checked in and went to the room and discovered all this. this place should be shut down for health reasons. ended up leaving and going elsewhere. No refunds were given. Very schetchy.

Older Motel. The current mangers are making improvement that are plain to see. My stay was clean, all equipment work. I was traveling so this was one night on a road trip.

The carpet was not clean it was severely stained the tiles in the bathroom were coming off the floor the shower head was taped up on the actual shower pole the anemones were not great they were hoes in the bed sheets though the door is self look like it had been kicked in the properties pool was not even accessible it was empty with crud in it and it literally looked like a rundown place

The staff was really nice and friendly our only complaint was that the pool was not open the vending machines were all sold out and the ice machine wouldn’t give me ice. But the was clean and parking lot was clean

Check in was easy and staff was polite. Noisy at night and early in the morning. No batteries in smoke detector.

Clean and quite.

Its was a decent bed to sleep on. Place is terribly worn. Pool is put of commision and from the looks has been for some time. I wihs i would have known proir as we wanted to use. Room was clean but some sketch looking long term looking tenants lurking. Almost didn't feel overly safe . Its a cheap room if you want to have a sleep in a clean bed but the rest isn;t deseriable

The second is that this place does not compensate you for any inconveniences. The shower was not working, so we had to bath instead. We were awakened at 1 am by another customer trying to unlock and enter our room with a key card. Then an employee came with an actual key and unlocked our door. I would have been terrified had I not placed the chain across the door to keep him from entering. Later I was told that an employee had accidentally given us the key card to room A while putting us in the system as being in room B. The customer who came at 1 am had reserved room A and given the key card to it. When I brought up these two complaints when checking out and asked for a small discount, I was blamed for not complaining about the shower before. The lady at the front desk told me that if I had complained earlier, they would have moved me to a different room. I understand that things like showers break unexpectedly and that employees make honest mistakes. However, I don't think it was unreasonable for me to ask for a discount. $15 or $20 would have made me happy. There was no compensation whatsoever for the inconveniences I experienced.

Large, clean, quiet room. Comfortable bed with nice pillows. Good shower with great pressure, lots of hot water, a free-flowing drain and a handy grab bar. Sufficient vanity space around the sink to set toiletries. Desk with chair plus a sofa which was convenient for 2 people to sit. Lots of surfaces to set luggage. Good location very close to I-94. Excellent price. Loved being able to park right outside the door. Nick at check-in was very welcoming and helpful. There was no rack for the hand towel so it had to be set on the vanity which meant it was always damp. Despite this inconvenience, we enjoyed our one-night stay.
