Clean room Last time I stayed here it was a bad experience but they fixed it.

Rooms need major update and upkeep

Shower was good, little small for a tall guy like me. That was all I needed. Room was very dated, but clean. Parking right outside the door. Located right off the freeway.

This is an older motel type property. The interior of the room was dated and worn, but clean. The bed was newer and comfortable and the shower was good. This hotel is value priced and was the reason we chose it. Short of knocking it down and building new, it is what it is. However, the staff was pleasant and helpful and the room was clean. When we got up in the am we noticed that the place was mostly full, so plenty of people appreciated the value.

Clean room. more than enough parking, quiet. Chill

Not very much. Good Wi-Fi and a good location for I94. The whole complex is shabby, untidy and ill cared for. Our room was dark, dingy and dirty. The washbasin was cracked and the floor tiles in the bathroom were cracked and loose. The bath and toilet were both disgustingly dirty. There was exposed wiring below the aircon unit. The rooms are ground floor with a walkway outside the windows but there is no net curtain or day blind for any privacy. The coffee offered in the mornings was cold and undrinkable. This is our 2nd stay in a Knights Inn and both were appalling. We will never use this company again.

Everything was decent except for them trying to charge my card $50 multiple times like right after checking out and when I asked them why are they constantly trying to take the $50 from my card they said because I smoked in the room I definitely did not smoke in the room

Old building but they try to make it as presentable as possible . Staff are great . Made service is excelent , parking is good and easy to acces.location is great close to freeway and shops.

It is an older property but they tried to clean it to acceptable level. Staff were nice and profesional .location is very convenient

The pool was not filled and that should have been on the website. So we couldn't use the pool. The shower wasn't made for taller people so both my son and I had to adjust to wash our hair. The toilet was very loose.

I had no issue getting my cash deposit back. The room was also nicer than several other places with similar pricing.

Very clean, good price, good location

Room was not clean lamp shades broken then on top of all that this website messed up my reservation didn’t book me the room with the hot tub so I had to pay an extra $50 on top of the $74 the website charged me. im disappointed with the hotel and this app. They will not give me a refund or the different in rooms and it is just crazy i spent $120 on a nasty room and to top it all off I found a bed bug so now I’m even more upset worst experience ever !!!!!!! Don’t mention the door frames are falling apart im the bathroom as well !
