This is the second time we booked here for a 3 day Brainerd Lakes Area vacation. It is a great location and reasonable in price. The continental breakfast isn't spectacular but it offers enough to get your day started. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. What I really liked was how quiet the AC unit was. I've stayed in hotel rooms that when the AC turns on it sounds like a train coming into the station. This was whisper quiet. I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is clean and the staff were nice and very helpful. The breakfast had lots of choices.

Staff didn't know how to operate whirlpool bath and failed to have knowledgeable person contact us. A/C heater unit never maintained temp, just kept running. Had to manually shut it down. Other than king size bed there was nothing suite about this room. Breakfast food was pretty good but the same every day.

2. Coffee maker broken. New one delivered 3nd morning. 3. Considered room clean till black footprints showed up in shower. 4. No dresser in room. Had a night stand with a shelf - that's it. 5. Staff was EXCELLENT and ACCOMODATING. 6. Breakfast was adequate.

Pools not monitored or very clean. A group of young teenage boys were in the pool unsupervised and throwing a ball around hitting into our group with a young child, Our relatives asked to move rooms when theirs smelled like dog pee and they found a tick on the wall.

No bowls for making oatmeal. Wished there had been an extra blanket in the room.

It was fine; just confusing. Took a few minutes to locate plastic ware. Not your fault, just didn’t see it. Couldn’t find bowls for oatmeal. No orange juice or option of any other juice. Could have had a warm blanket in our room.

First time at this location and was very happy with the setup. Would definitely book again.

My room: floor was visibly dirty with debris, outside of toilet bowl had dried urine on it, and one of the curtains had a huge stain on it.- there is no way no staff have noticed. No lotion provided with those little toiletries. No wall hooks to hang your towels in the bathroom after use, even though wyndham wants us to "be green" and reuse our stuff.
