Best Western Plus Bay City Inn & Suites

Staff was great!! Very friendly and helpful. Rooms smelled musty and 2 of our 3 rooms had spiders.

really really great staff. They were so sweet and helpful. Never a time that you didn't walk into the hotel and be hit with the smell of cleaning products. Hotel was very well maintained. rooms were spacious and comfortable and AC was so cold! we loved it!

It was dirty! And the elevator broken. And it had bugs

Key card problems. My card would not work the whole time I was there(2 nights). The city lost water pressure for a few hours. Breakfast was pretty bare bones. Elevator was out of service. Waiting for a part. The smoke detector in the breakfast area needed a new battery. It beeps every minute. The staff was very polite and tried to be helpful but the property needs a lot of work.

Clean.

The exercise room was adequately equipped but was not air conditioned and had no fans, so exercising was uncomfortable. Breakfast was decent and the dining area clean. The staff was friendly and very welcoming

The elevator was broken and the breakfast was not good.

The free breakfast it was terrible brown scrambled eggs no other type of protein no sausage, bacon nothing at all . The toaster didn't work someone surely had said something to the staff. If that's how it's going to be don't offer it

The location and the availability were good factors in my decision to stay. The staff was great during check in & out. The breakfasts wasn’t a veritable due to them “barely opening back up”, they told me that as soon as we checked in. It wasnt as clean as it should of been, the coffee pot was moldy and there was a bug on the bed as soon as we walked in.

The hotel itself was nice ,the day tuke lady I checked in with was nice. The elevator was broke so we had to haul everything up stairs which was tiring . The only thing that rubbed me the wrong way is I was sitting outside with my mother while she smoked a cigarette on a curb in the back parking area far Way from any doors and there was 2 guys sanding prob 100 ft away smoking weed. But when we walk up to go back in shesaid dont be smoking weed in my parking lot rude as can be I told hermaam I was escorting my mom down the stairs to come snoke a cigarette not weed maybe your judging the wrong people she shook her head and said hmmhhmmm well I wasn't gonna call out the people who were so they can see me do it then do something so overall exap.was ok.but watch or know ppl before u excuse them weediparking lot.real rude I told heraam I was out here with my mother t

Slept ok. Rude host. Pool closed. Was charged twice. One by the hotel one by booking. It was never resolved.

Close and convenient Clean

Never a problem when I go, amazing and easy to stay at.

I like that it was clean The pool was closed and the elevators were out of service

All was great but was not informed that the elevator was out until we arrived. Both my brother and I are over 60 and have physical ailments, and walking up two flights of stairs were a bit of a challenge at best. Had our stay been more than one day I would have changed locations all together. The elevator was out.
