Rooms are not cleaned daily. The room has a Oder the door was giving us issues. Front desk is not attended at night. Food was not great.

Whether the comment was directed at me or not, guests should not have to hear language like this from hotel staff. I hope management will remind employees to communicate professionally and respectfully so that every guest feels welcomed, valued, and respected.

Reserved a room for 6. This hotel does not have accommodations for more than 4. No refund either.

Spacious room and good coffee with oatmilk.

The handicapped shower only had one grab bar. My husband was unable to get in the shower.

If you want people to resuse towels - which we would have been very happy to do - you really MUST provide places in the bathroom to hang them to dry. there is only one, on the back of the door, which also holds the hair dryer. We got fresh towels on the second day simply because we had no place to dry the ones we had used. Sunday breakfast was not great. Got there at 7:45 and there were only 2 plain yogurts and 2 milks in the fridge. It was practically empty. no bananas. Eggs, sausage and waffle mix practically gone, as was the fruit. The hot food was eventually refreshed but not anything else.

Always an enjoyable quiet stay. We will always choose Fairfield Bay City when we are traveling without the four legged babies.

The room was clean and ready upon arrival. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the towels were fresh. The breakfast provides several options and we had a great stay at Fairfield Inn.
