Booked online and nowhere did it say they closed at 10pm, I booked after 10pm. So when I got there, the doors were locked and couldn’t get a room.

I misunderstood that at certain time lobby would be closed. Could have missed out on room since checked in later than suggested.

I dont know how it was because we got there at 10:20 to find the lobby door locked and a note taped to the door that said Lobby closed at 10:00, No check-Ins after 10pm. They should say that on the website before you book a room.

The carpet I didn't like the shower was broke, the lamp was broke and unplugged, the tv was unplugged and not a lot of channels, the main light didn't work at first and when it finally came on only one bulb was working. It has dead crickets inside the light were you can look and see that maintenance is very poor there. The paint is not up dated. The floor makes noise when you walk on it and u can feel the boards move when walking. The plugs wasn't properly covered and protected. The house keeper is rude and disrespectful and wouldn't let me explain anything to her, and just started talking crazy to me. The bath tub was dirty I had to clean it out myself. Over the sink all the light bulbs wasn't in there and all of them wasn't working. I was so disappointed that I ever went there. I wasted money. I didn't even want any breakfast so I can't say anything about that. I don't even know how they pass inspection.. the room looked like it was abandoned. I wish I could get a full refund. That's the honest to God truth!

First of all the door did not close correctly, the beds were full size and not queen size, the bath tub was rusted, there was a unpleasant odor, the hotel was trash. Will never waste my money again.
