Service was good.

Didn't like that they had a ring the bell sign for assistance and rang it for a good five minutes and nobody walked up to the counter. I had to actually call their phone so I could get someone to check me in and when I brought up the bell all she said was that it was broken. Their bedding was dirty, almost looked like they just dusted off whatever they could and put the comforter back on. Then I wanted to take a shower but when I turned on that faucet the water came out brown. Thank God I only spent one night there cause I sure wasn't gonna shower with dirty water. Then at check out the same thing happened, I had to call their phone just so they could show up at the counter. It's a cheap hotel I get it but do better.

Noisy and busy. Breakfast was not worth calling it a breakfast Too nosy hooting in early am
-
price. one night only with late arrival and early departure the pictures don't reflect the wear and tear of the facility. and you feel somewhat like a criminal in that check in. TOOOOO many notes taped all over the walls. one pillow, one sheet, no blanket.
-
Not much. Only coffee and juice, cereal or small danish for breakfast . O.j. was not available when I got there. But for the price, I suppose it’s to be expected. Even though it was still about 75.00 a night. No coffee maker in room, single ply toilet paper, no tissue paper. The sink counter sloped downwards so I got wet feet while washing.

poor offerings and you could tell that they were going as cheap as they could and still call it a breakfast. The room was clean but outdated. There was a bad smell that what I could only describe as the smell of a skunk. The beds were not comfortable at all! They felt like you were laying on a bed of rocks. My 77 year old mother and I did not get any amount of good sleep the two night we were there. I would not stay there again mostly because of the beds. For people who are there because of work, this may be an affordable stay but I will paying extra for a comfortable bed. The lighting in the room is horrible, the walls were painted a very dark grey blackish color and the lighting in the room was not good at all. I had to sit and open the curtain of the window to just put on my makeup. Even the lighting over the sink area was not good. There is very little parking due to only having parking in front of the building so if they are at full compacity...good luck in having a space to park. There is no pool and I thought it stated it had a pool but I can not cofirm that is what I read or if it was another hotel I had looked at in Bay City.

My necklace accidentally fell down the drain in the restroom. The gentleman came and unscrewed the pipe under the sink and recovered my necklace. Thank you so much!!

They refuse to refund my 2nd night of reservation. They don't allow visitors. If somebody does visit you they want to charge you $25. They only alone 1 child per room according to a sign on their front window. Any time I talked to somebody it was between 2 automatic doors in a lobby outside of the main lobby. The breakfast They offer is donut sticks and a cinnamon roll with old cereal and a gallon of milk They leave sitting on the counter.
