Nice people running the place .. they're polite and family oriented.

The outside looked great. Upon opening my room door I was immediately regretful. The room reeked of mildew. The fridge had someone else’s food in it (XL aluminum pan, large salsa, bag of tortillas). The sheets had debris on them. The pillow case had makeup. The towels were dingy. NEVER again!

when we first came into the hotel room everything seemed okay other than 3 flat pillows on the bed. once we settled down the couch felt wet to the touch , the shower head was also really rusted, the room started to smell really bad like mildew, and the sheets had a yellow tint to them. i had gone to the front desk and let the person at the front about this and he gave me attitude saying that all the rooms had the same yellow tint sheets and that he would show me them all and that i wasn’t going to be able to get a refund because it has been more than 30 minutes… it was a red flag that no other customers were there other than my boyfriend and i. NEVER COME HERE ITS NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY.

The initial room had a sour odor, the walls were not painted, and the linens/towels were a dirty dingy mess. The second room smelled better, but the linens/towels were still dirty and dingy. The furniture was rusted and old. I had to purchase Lysol, pillows, and towels for us to shower and sleep only for one night. The online advertising and reviews were false. This is the worst place I’ve ever slept in my entire life.

Great location, super friendly staff. The best stay I have had in a very long time. Rooms are very clean and well maintained. Even had room to park my boat when I came down.

There was nothing I didn't like

No one ever came to the front desk. I paid for my room online and no one ever came to the front desk, and I tried to get my refund through y’all, but y’all did not give it back to me. It took me over four hours making back calls to y’all, and they scheduled me a room and only were going to pay 40% of the room, but they booked the room for the next day because it was past 12 AM. So, I ended up having to spend $100 at another room across the street, and I did not get into that room until after 3 AM that morning. I’ve been with booking for years and have booked all my rooms through y’all. It’s so disappointing that I had to deal with this, and y’all put me through all this just to get a room because y’all didn’t want to. Let me take that back because the people who I spoke with were unprofessional, seemed like they didn’t know what they were doing, and they kept giving me the runaround all night. It didn’t make any sense to me at all. They called the Scottish Inn over and over again to see if someone would answer or come to the front door or front desk, but no one

Booking confirmed. Drove 45 minutes to property for the front desk to tell me no available rooms. Then why confirm? Least i didn’t get charged.

Booked through Expedia and the check-in / out processes were very easy and fast. The room was impressively clean and well cared for. The street noise from obnoxious drivers was disturbing for a light sleeper but turned the AC to fan on and helped drown out the noise. My dissatisfaction resides in no breakfast although advertised on the site as Continental Breakfast included. I mentioned this to the manager at checkout and his reason was Covid.. We are way beyond that being an acceptable excuse, as all other accommodations I stay at offer some form of breakfast.

The room was clean & fairly comfortable, with a working kitchen and full-size refrigerator. BUT THE BED WAS 3 FEET HIGH (!!!), WITH A 12+~INCH THICK MATTRESS!!! EVEN THOUGH THE ROOM WAS SUPPOSED TO BE ACCESSIBLE, THE BED WAS NOT!!! THE ONLY PERSON WHO COULD SIT COMFORTABLY ON A BED THAT HIGH WOULD BE A PRO-BASKETBALL PLAYER!!! For a handicapped individual, it is impossible!! Please Use matteresses that are NOT more than 8-inches thick and box-springs that are no more than 8-10 inches thick!!! I would rather sleep on a futon so I don't break my neck trying to get in and out of bed!!!!!!!

Clean room nothing

Very clean rooms. Comfy beds. Location near shops and restaurants. No pool!.....that was my mistake, but would not have booked. Counter staff Pleasant but did just t know what to do I think she may have been new, but if she said that, I would have been more patient. TIP - if you are new at your job ....tell people. They will be more understanding.
