I checked in and had to leave within my first 10 minutes because the smell of cigarettes in my room gave me a headache. I booked a non-smoking king room, and it was not usable.

We had a handicaps room in bath was a tub I wanted a walk in shower they said it was a handcap their was no seat for shower

Location was good, suite set up was excellent but visibly cheap and soiled furniture should be replaced. Room was clean though and staff was accommodating.

The room had a very humid bad odor. Breakfast was ok not wonderful. The stag at front in the morning shift was very helpful and kind. Good parking lot.

I saw a roach in the bathroom and 6am breakfast is only a suggestion. I booked because of breakfast but it wasn’t ready when it should’ve been so I missed out.

The fast check in process. The quietness of the hotel. The Location of my room. No trash bags in the rooms. The tub and sink stopper was broken when check in the room.

The staff called after I checked out to let us know I forgot my toiletry bag in the room. I was very grateful for that, was still in town and able to retrieve it. Dark lobby, parking lot kinda grubby. It felt kind of "seedy" here. There was a damp odor present, maybe caused by the indoor pool?
