It’s an okay hotel, good enough for somewhere to sleep. I went for my husband graduation at PI, and it was pretty close to the place
-
The lamps didn't work and every power outlet was too loose to hold a plug.

They were not available to clean the rooms. Halls were dirty with white towels outside on the floor. Trash can were full and they remained it for a long time. Only two people in charge of the cleaning. Everything was a mess !!!. Really bad

The room was clean. Breakfast was good. Kids liked the pool. But the fitness room was dirty.

Close to MCAS, that's it This hotel is under some sort of construction, redo, or foreclosure, I can't decide which. No outlets beside the beds for phone charging, shower, AC never got cold, toilet wasn't even up to ADA code, no fart fan!

The facility was ok the Staff was helpful however I was told due to the few problems I had I would receive some money back from my total cost I have not received the funds. I would suggest making sure room was cleaned and check the bedding before unpacking

My family and I stayed at this hotel. To attend my nephew’s graduation. Comfort Suites is a wonderful place to stay. My family and I loved the location . The people were very friendly and professional. The room was very clean, roomy, and comfortable. Restaurants are in walking distance. I would recommend this hotel to any one who needs a place to stay. The breakfast section could have been better.

The room smelled like a harsh chemical and paint. There were roaches in the room. The pull out couch bed had no linens and was covered in crumbs. The hall and stairwell was filthy. The elevator was gross and didn’t work well. The workout room was connected to the pool and didn’t open until 10 AM; it had no air and was also filthy. The staff was very kind and helpful but overall this was an awful stay and an unmaintained property.
