Comfort Suites near MCAS Beaufort

Nothing Everything it was run down and old. Not clean staff was complaining about the company or outside smoking you had to look for people for the front desk. Locks coming loose on doors.

Good for a quick stop through

The front desk staff there were super helpful and very friendly. Everything was clean, although someone in one of the nearby rooms must’ve been smoking cigarettes because our room started to smell horribly of smoke. Please don’t smoke in hotel rooms.

The location The I wasn't informed of the high deposit for the rooms and half the hotel is under construction, looking like a crime scene.

Half of the hotel was closed off to what looked like construction, wall paper falling off the wall, my toilet wasn’t secure to the floor, shower curtain wasn’t big enough so water got everywhere, hot tub didn’t work

After learning it wasn’t working, I asked if our room at least included the large jet bathtub, and I was told that it did. However, when we got to the room, it did not. I went back to the front desk to see if we could switch rooms, and I was even willing to pay the additional charge, but they said no rooms with the large bathtub were available. In addition, our room appeared to be handicap accessible, as there was a shower chair in the bathroom. The window coverings were also an issue — while the sheer curtains closed completely, the solid curtains only covered half of each side, leaving the center of the window exposed. Overall, the stay was disappointing and did not meet expectations.

Parking was easy. There were some minor repairs going on that shut down two floors on one side. Other than that, all was good.

Some ppl stay at hotel/motels bc they have to work-Work sometimes is Early AM-Disrespectful atmosphere. Let’s not even talk about 9pm lawn maintenance going on! But for the room-mediocrity at its Best! Pick your Battles Win The War

The young lady at the desk was very pleasant and wanting to help. The first room we were given didn't seem to have been cleaned. Pillows were missing from one bed and desk area needed cleaning. The bed sheets were polyester, if you prefer that over cotton then you'd be in luck. I don't care for polyester at all, too hot for one thing and cheap. I paid for two nights but stayed only one. I just drove home rather than spend another night in that run down Comfort Inn and Suites. It needs some help!

Cleanliness Air Conditioning worked but didn’t remove dampness from room. Constantly felt sticky and clothes were wet. Bed was very hard.

This place was filthy. I don't think they own a vacuum cleaner, or maybe it's broken or something because there were Cheerios, bits of plastic, dried mud clumps and I don't even want to know what the white stuff was in the carpets. The walls had smears, there was tape on the ceiling, and the dust on the lamps and towel shelves was thick enough to carve. The toilet paper dispenser doesn't fit a whole roll of toilet paper; you have to take it off the core to get it to actually roll. The shampoo dispenser was empty. If you want to be clean, skip this hotel.

Location was great a lot of places to eat. Room could’ve been a little cleaner.

Grout in bathtub so gross, would not use even to shower since it was not sanitary Right drapery panel disgustingly black across side and hem, adjacent to bed Suite was booked for family, there were no pillows, sheets, blankets for the pullout which meant I paid for sleep accomodation for children that I did not receive
