The room was clean. My check in staff was very helpful. She explained the amenities to me very clearly. Breakfast was good. Ms.Rebecca the breakfast lady was amazing. The area was clean and stocked with food.

Hello. I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights over the weekend. The room was absolutely beautiful and clean, but the bedding didn't look like it had been changed beforehand; it was more rumpled than it would be after simply getting out of bed in the morning. I went out early the next day, and when I returned around 8 PM, the room hadn't been cleaned. The breakfast was spectacular—the spread was very clean and varied—but everything was *cold*. The boiled eggs looked as if they had been taken straight out of the fridge and placed on the serving tray. The front desk was always unattended, and I must mention that during check-in, they didn't tell us which way to go to reach our room, nor did they provide any description of the facilities. I would have appreciated a bit more attention to detail.

I was disappointed with breakfast. We ate out 2 of the days we were there. Most of the employees were very friendly and willing to answer whatever questions we had. We did run into one employee who only spoke Spanish. Having lived in California most of my life I expected that being near the Mexican border. It surprised back here. That was my first encounter in the 3 years that we have been here.
