The room smelled like smoke and there was hair in the sink and tub. The lamp shade was nasty looking. I did not like dealing with a kiosk Id rather talk to a human person at the desk.

my stay was good but i left a red leather bag with costume jewelry and called and left message no called me back.

The room was not ready upon arrival. The beds linen were not prior to arrival. The chair has spots that were white that was dried. The door had Crack at the bottom that anyone could look up under . and see in your room. Very disappoint . Did not feel safe at all. I should be refunded for the horrible experience

they did not clean my room, toilet dirty, tub with dirty water they did not clean it.

The facility was good. The breakfast was good. The phone in the room just did not work.

The room said non-smoking but as soon as you open the door you could smell smoke and underneath the cushion on the chair was filled with old food crumbs, big crumbs

Great place for the money. Only bad thing is there is no live person just a kiosk.

The check in was smooth. It was definitely a decent room for the price.

NOTHING! I did not stay because I was travelling with young children requested for 2 rooms to be together or close by but the request was not fulfilled even when I called a head of time the morning of arrival. I was told they will do their best to accommodate. After I arrived at the hotel, the virtual check-in took 1 hour. At mid-night with no other customers in the lobby, it was still a long wait. Customer service was terrible. I also felt the environment was not safe; I witnessed what seemed to be solicitation of prostitution in the parking lot after I checked in before going into the rooms. There were too many people "hanging out" in the parking lot that was directly near our rooms. I didn't feel safe especially my 2 minor daughters' room being so far away from my room and being on the first floor with direct access to the parking lot with all the illegal activity happening. I came back to the lobby and requested a refund which the clerk I spoke to virtually refused to help and said there no policy for cancellation even due to client feeling unsafe to stay and they were all booked for the night. He was very rude and asked me to drop the keys in the box and ended the conversation. Not only I was charged for both rooms that I did not stay in, I was also charged twice for the $50 incidentals charges for each room. Clean room.

Everything was great for our trip it was smooth check in and out.

When we checked in it was 90, yes NINTY DEGREES IN OUR ROOM. We all were pouring sweat for the hours it took to cool down. There were people partying, smoking and drinking outside of our room until 3am. The property is very run down and just nasty people… You have to check in with a AI person which took a hour with the line of people. Unsafe location and hotel, will not be coming back.

The room was at least cold The rooms was not clean we had to have housekeeping come back and clean the room. The toilet had pee all over it. The pool has wasp all around and in it making it unusable. We not once see a staff member for the office. The ice machine is broken. The security was horrible and broken to get into the hall where the rooms were. A homeless person got in the building and into a room the door to the rooms was unlocked at all times. The check in was on a computer where you couldn’t understand the person on the other side. Not a good experience

I walked in and the room was t clean enough to stay. There was no staff onsite to talk to about my dissatisfaction. Checked in with a live agent via a kiosk in the lobby.

Room was very good

I like the hotel was in a convenient place. I didn't like that the room had a leak from AC unit. And the sliding door was broken. Our dirty wash clothes were not taken, but put hanging up on the shower.

Dangerous thugs playing loud music, smoking pot, drinking, and rough housing.
