Clean room but not in detail. The humidity in the room wasn’t sucked well with A/C or fan. Lots of metal were full of rust spots due humidity. The toilet seat were wobbling because the seat bolts were all loose from both sides. I needed to fix myself. The whole floor tiles got wet with the humid after shower and didn’t go away in 3 hours. The iron was leaking water. Something was definitely wrong either at that hotel or our room. I didn’t get the comfort what I paid for surely.

Location, breakfast, and staff were amazing. I would definitely recommend and book again.

Staff was very helpful and nice

The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating and helpful, especially the front desk folks. The location was central to good restaurant choices and downtown. The pet-friendly room was not as clean as I would have liked to have had. The bathroom floor had stuff stuck to the floor that could have been mopped up easily enough. It was obvious that it wasn't mopped. In addition, there were popsicle wrapped right at the bottom of the bed that were missed during cleaning.

Rebekah was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were not clean, we were given a new room after finding maybe dirt (?) in the bed and tape on the pillow. The second room did have a clean bed, but when I was in the bathroom there were candies and trash up under the vanity.

It was clean and quiet. Great shower head. The mattresses were too soft we didn’t sleep well. No pool. Room was very small, no drawers, only one chair. Was not the quality I expected for a Hilton property.

Very clean….great location. They don’t have a closet in the room. They use hangers on the wall….just be prepared.

The staff that we dealt with could not have been more pleasant and helpful, we were very appreciative of that…but the room we were initially put in looked like it didn’t get cleaned prior to our arrival. The floor was filthy, crumbs and chunks scattered all over, the large mirror had smeared greasy prints all over it, the shower was disgusting, and the bed looked like it was thrown together with used linens. Based on our experience we will not be going back.

Could not make door keys when we arrived. Card they gave us did not work.

Enjoyed my stay. Staff was friendly and hotel was clean.
