There was an overall sense of dirtyness. The door deadbolt didn't work, the toilet seat was loose, the elevator quit working the day after my arrival and needed to carry suitcase down the stairs from the third floor. The shower pressure was good and the bed didn't have bad smell. Expensive for what it is.

The rooms were not that clean. I found a roach in the room dead, and when they cleaned the room, my sheets and pillowcases were damp. When I left. They only had one person the computer was down and the printer was broken, and I couldn’t get a receipt and so far I haven’t gotten my receipt through email either.

I requested to move rooms after the first room had fuzzy mold and the desk was sticky from the last person who had stayed there. The next room had cockroaches, like large ones… I didn’t end up staying here and I wouldn’t recommend you do either

The cleanest beds I’ve ever seen. The staff was top notch. Friendly, and went out of their way to meet our needs. Ice machines out of order, so she brought ice to my room, although I told her I could go to another area. Showers especially need a good scrubbing. There was mold looking dirt, especially in cracks! Also the doorways need attention. Hooks need to be added to the bathroom area. Breakfast was acceptable, needs a little attention.

Nothing. Terrible billing practices and unauthorized charges. Stayed here recently and had a deeply frustrating experience with their financial practices. My room and stay were fully paid for upfront with a separate transaction ($109), yet upon checkout, the front desk managed to permanently post an unauthorized $100 charge to my card instead of releasing it as a temporary incidental security hold. When a hotel resorts to sneaking permanent charges past you and pocketing "deposits" that should be automatically cleared, it completely ruins the experience. Watch your statements closely if you stay here, because dealing with bank chargebacks over shady hotel holds is a headache no one needs. Would not recommend.

When I entered the room it smelled damp. I don’t know if that is normal for that area so I didn’t bother complaining since it was only for one night. I laid my clothes out for the next morning so I could see my marine and they felt damp on my skin. Again, not sure if that is normal but if it’s not, gross!

There were four of us staying in one room, and we were only given two towels. When we asked for additional towels, we were told that we should already have two towels in the room and the staff argued with us about it. In order to get four more towels, we were told we had to bring the two dirty towels back to the front desk. When we did, we were met with an eye roll, which was very unprofessional and made an already frustrating situation even worse. The room itself also appeared to have been overlooked when it came to cleaning. It definitely could have used a good deep cleaning. The outside of the hotel was also in need of some serious attention and could really benefit from a good power washing. Overall, the experience was disappointing. The towel situation and attitude from the staff were frustrating, and the cleanliness of both the room and the outside of the property left a lot to be desired.

The staff was great. Location to Parris Island very convenient. We left early to arrive at Partis island so did not experience the breakfast. Outdoor area depressing. Room smelled

I liked the staff and overall the building is clean and well maintained. This was our second stay there. Our first time was a cleaner room and a much better accommodations. I must say the beds are comfortable. The room we got this time (Room 304) looked dirty! It looked like it was once a murder scene- dark blood splatter on the wall near the sink and what appeared to be lots of dried blood (dark substance) on one of the lamp bases. The carpet had multiple stains and some items were dirty and dusty (like the hairdryer on the wall). It needed a deep clean.
