The guy at the front desk was not helpful and didn’t explain anything about the deposit fee. I booked through Expedia and was still required to pay a $50 deposit in person that didn’t get returned until almost a week later. The hotel was not clean or maintained well.

Dirty place. Sheets and towels old. No hairdryer. Pool murky. Lots of room for improvement.

The staff was very rude! The lady on Sunday harassed all morning. No microwave in our room. It was missing other appliances that were supposed to be in there. They tried to double charge us for our service dog. They wouldn’t give us any extra towels. Their complimentary breakfast is a joke.

Mold on the walls in the room.

Night staff and cleaning staff were not helpful and unfriendly. Hotel was under maintenance yet no signs of maintenance work was actually being performed. Area smelled like smoke at various times of the day.

The other people staying there did not make it look safe and it smelled like weed. I was happy to check out and will not be returning or recommend to anyone.

I would ask what is the point of having a telephone in the room ? A sign at reception list facilities including "free local calls". Having had a long day thought I phone for a food delivery- the phone was dead. When asking about this at reception was told no calls available. I pointed out the free local calls sign and the lady again said they don't do that. She then said she'd phone her manager - who didn't answer. Still waiting a reply. Oh, bit of sound proofing on the rooms facing the Interstate wouldn't hurt. Bit of work would make this a lot better

Staff was helpful but this hotel is in a terrible part of town.

Location. Exercise room not accessible during entire 4 day stay. Ice machine out of order during all 4 days. Breakfast room late in opening one day. Waffle maker out for 2 days. Roach in room.

Nothing. The hotel is old, doors in our room were coming apart at the bottom. The door handles were coming off on the stairwell door, the carpet was old and smelly. I fell in the parking lot in slick mud, fell backwards, hit back of my head on the asphalt, foot, elbows hit asphalt hard and were skinned. I was covered in mud from the back of my head to bottom of my butt. I told the clerk at the desk, she said we don’t have any mud in the parking lot. Never asked if I was alright, was I injured, a complete lack of concern. All other entrances were roped off, so you had to go in the front entry. The front entry door had no lock on it. We had 2 towels, no hand towels or wash cloths. I tried to call the property directly to see if they had any downstair rooms, the number I received from booking.com was not directly to the property, I called twice and neither number went directly to the property. We are two older females that need a downstairs room or at least an elevator, this hotel had neither. We had dogs with Us and had to carry everything upstairs, clerk said they were completely full. I will never stay there again.

It’s near restaurants The rooms dingy don’t smell to fresh restroom a bit sketchy towels are sheets not giving fresh had to ask the cleaning lady to spray the room to try and get lingering musty smell out the air front desk was neat was giving a comfy look but when entering the room area you have a different look

This property is old and smells really bad.

The building needs to be renovated or better yet, just tear it down!! Holes in the walls, rust in bathroom, rust on doors, and it smells terrible; hotel has no elevator or ramp for access to upstairs. I can't believe Wyndham associates their name with this hotel Super 8 in Beaumont TX, hwy I-10.

This property was very run down. It took three different rooms to find one that was remotely clean and then it was still not an enjoyable stay! In need of a serious update and major cleaning.

I was not pleased with my stay and wouldn't stay again. The room was not clean, the towels were stained, and the fire alarm was not even attached to the wall. The "breakfast" options were visibly old waffle mix, stale bread for toast, or cereal that looked questionable, but no milk for said cereal. The orange juice tasted like water with a hint of artificial orange flavor. The lady at check-out seemed annoyed that she had to get off the couch and get my cash deposit. She didn't even bother to get off her cell phone while she was getting it. Overall, there are better places to stay in the area for the same or better price.
