Staff was helpful and nice. Room itself was pleasant. Bed was comfy, bedding was soft and kept us nice and warm as we cranked up the AC in the humid Houston summer. I do wish the pillows had a bit more fluff to them as hubby took three of the four on the bed, but I was able to make it work. Water pressure in the shower was nice. There were great amenities in the room to use like coffee maker, plenty of plastic cups and creamers to use as well. I will say the breakfast was pretty lacking as we tried to get there right when it started as we did have an early game and the only warm food they had were eggs or waffles and minimal syrup. It was a Texas shaped one, but still would have liked to have seen some sausage bacon, potato bites or some other type of protein for our game. There were other “quick” items as a couple choices for cereal, yogurts, oatmeal’s, and apple and orange juice. Parking was ok, but felt minimal. Pool looked inviting and clean. Outside felt safe with close restaurants and grocery stores close by. Would stay again for sure, but would go elsewhere for breakfast.

Super clean room Breakfast time no one replace the empty options . The receptionist was doing at the phone other more important things than checking the needs of the customers. Maybe it was to early to be alert, or it is what it is. The ice machine was not working. Even the front desk person told me where it was She didn’t know that it was a ( out of order) sign.

The rest was perfect, the mattress was comfortable. It was right off I-10. The price was great. It is in Texas. There was a musty smell in the hallway. The breakfast was below par. My wife says it was noisy.

Everything I wanted to swim but the water didn't look clean enough, maybe if they could make the water a little bluer and clear looking!

I did not get the reservation as stated which was 2 queen beds. Instead I got a king size with a pull out couch. No linens were provided for the couch and apparently you can only get 1 more towel when asked. Cleaning ladies do not speak English and the hot tub does not work. Pool needs a good cleaning as well. We needed to spend an extra night and went to pay and we had to move our belongings to the room next door before 11am. Walls in the bathroom were dirty,sink leaked underneath,stained blood on the shower curtain and the outlet in the bathroom does not work for blow dryer. The place was quiet and know ik why.

Breakfast menu was fresh. Parking was okay too. The carpets are very old, it was smelling very bad. The pool water was pretty dirty and the hot tub didn’t have hot water. The staff were very helpful and friendly, specially Karina😍

Quiet, clean and the staff was friendly over the phone and in person. Will be staying here again! Comfortable, clean and the felt safe. Everything was great! Didnt eat breakfast but it smelt so good! Parking! Ughhh having to park around back to cove thru front. Did not enjoy that.

rooms smelt like mold, major upgrading needed. I don’t think the staff would stay on the rooms if they had to.

Close to our place of interest. No breakfast available and we had to spend extra money at McDonald's. We chose this hotel because it promised breakfast. Manager promised us a 10% discount and we never received anything. And someone opened our door at 9:30ish pm, minutes after we had just placed the top lock so I slept very insecured.
