A real refrigerator - not like the thermoelectric 'coolers' used in so many hotels these days. That was a plus. Unfortunately, though, the first floor ice maker didn't work. The TV remote did not work properly. After finally getting the TV turned on, the remote wouldn't turn it off - I had to unplug the TV. In addition, the TV was unable to render color - it was dying. The pleasant clerk could not fix it. The first floor ice maker was out of order also. There was no meat of any kind offered for breakfast. The juice machine dispensed a mixture of juice types in a single glass, neither orange nor apple but apparently the two mixed together. One guest got what appeared to be slightly colored water from the juice machine. The muffins were tiny and unappealing.

No remote, toilet stopped up, bare breakfast, served waffle no butter, syrup or jelly, stated out and it was the start of breakfast. Had one Devi g of eggs and people were showing up my husband just left. ice machines broken and staff could not provide ice. Went to checkout no staff but the person saw us leaving and walk over, l told her l left the keys behind the desk. The room smelled funny so my husband had to ask for spray then he left to get spay that had a scent in it.

Staff definitely didn't care about maintaining the property or caring for their guests. The bathroom sink leaked when you wanted cold water. No toilet paper holder was missing & we had to put it on the door handle. At breakfast no eggs, syrup, no yogurt & the staff blew us off when we asked asked about them. The staff did not speak English, on Spanish & didn't try to communicate with us. They walked away before we were ready to check out. It is an old hotel that would have been nice if they cared about it

Very clean rooms. Housekeeping staff was amazingly attentive and courteous. Called for a non-urgent curtain issue and Housekeeping/Maintenance came to my room within minutes. Great location.

A/c works really good. Beds are OK. Need more pillows. Sorry all there was was hot eggs. Cold cereal. Not what I was expecting. Need a much better breakfast. One room had trouble with the hot water.

Nothing Front desk is mostly absent, can't get anyone to answer your call most of the time. Dishonest practice, so watch out !
