By far, this was the most disgusting Courtyard Marriott I have ever stayed at. The bathroom in room 302 literally had mold growing on the tops of the wall all around the perimeter. The shower had tons of mold on the caulking towards the bottom of the walls. The shower also had a messed up shower head, so you had less water pressure than flowering pot using nothing but gravity. To top it all off, they had African lady working the front desk who had no clue what she was doing. NO JOKE, it took her 32 minutes to get me checked in. I told her 6 times I have a fully paid for reservation under this name and she kept trying to make a new reservation and asking for payment for the room. She was completely unqualified for the role. Worst hotel experience EVER. Never ever going back to this place.

The room was almost unbearable. Moldy smell. Mold in the dehumidifier, mold in the shower. Never staying there again.

The entire hotel smelled like mildew.

Hotel is in bad shape, water damage in ceilings in room, cardiovascular machines in excercise room not functional and not adequate. I will not be going back

Room temp was good, but restroom was not clean, looks sloppy, bad paint job, tub & toilet need updating.

My initial room appeared to be mildewed by the smell. I was willing to tolerate the smell; however, I was faced with killing a spider. The young lady at checkout was nice and understanding. She provided me with another room; however, that room had an overwhelming mildew smell (same floor-2nd level). She then moved me to the third floor, which was much better. Upon checkout, another lady who was also nice, apologized for the experiences I faced and provided additional points to accommodate.
