The water pressure was low and the tub was nasty

There was maintenance being done, we weren't aware until we arrived and then we were told that there would be no water in the morning. The water would be turned off at 9am. The hotel is old and outdated. The pictures are misleading. Very noisy in the morning, with all the construction going on

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the MCM Elegante in Beaumont. My kids particularly loved the pool with the fountains, etc. It is currently undergoing major renovations but this did not affect our stay much.

Stay was just ok, really need a lot of updating and cleaning… everything in the hotel is old and reeks of mold

Perfect for hikers: 3 minutes to Buttermilk Falls State Park, 5 Minutes to Treman State Park, 37 Minutes to Watkins Glen and an hour to Seneca Falls. So clean and fresh! Everything was beautiful. Location was superb. Breakfast was great. Fresh coffee 24 hours a day! Clean, coin-operated, laundry. Pool was nice. Fitness room was nice. Staff was warm and welcoming. Free, ample, safe parking.

I of the employees checked in during the day and the other was going to check in after work. After being in the heat and working all night - He had gone straight to job site and not hotel. At midnight since he had not checked in they told me - THEY GAVE TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER

The pool was closed. Water was shut off at 9 AM. Staff were not very friendly and the place does not look anything like is shown on the website. I had booked this hotel for my 2 daughters and they were extremely unhappy.

I had high hopes for this place, but was sorely disappointed. The hotel is undergoing renovations, which made the place noisy, AND they informed me after checking in that there would be NO WATER from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. the day I was to check out. I was also told that the freight elevator would be the only working elevator (but all elevators were working). Luckily, I finished up my stay before the water was cutoff. Had I known of the renovations before I booked, I likely would have stayed somewhere else. I think the room I was in was already renovated, but it was hard to tell. The room was very basic. The a/c worked well but was noisy, and the pillows were awful. The toilet had a hard time flushing. The hallway noise from other guests was loud.

The shower had previous people hair in it, the toilet seat was about to fall off, and the sink was extremely slow to drain. However the breakfast was excellent and the staff was excellent.

the pool was closed, my car was almost broke into... if I wouldn't have been outside the guy would have broke in my car... there was used q-tips under the sink... I wouldnt recommend

The Hotel was great, it has a restaurant, a bar, and free breakfast. The pool area looks amazing. We weren't able to use the pool, but they are doing renovations to the hotel, it was raining anyway. Im excited to go back to see the finished project. The beds and rooms were clean and comfortable. Definitely a little older, but that didn't bother us. All of the Staff was great Very nice, and helpful. We definitely will stay again

Property was under construction so had some messy areas. Pool was well maintained and the kids had a great time swimming. In room sofa bed was not comfortable but housekeeping brought more bedding to make it doable. Elevator were on and off due to mechanical repairs but front desk directed us to service elevator which served our needs. Service in all departments made up for other shortcomings. We would stay there again.

The morning staff was very sweet and nice and pleasant very professional. It had a very bad smell when walking in like sewer the area was not very good . bathroom was very dirty. Had pubic hair on my toilet blow dryer did not work. Everything else was OK.

The food in the restaurant was really good.The girl at the front check.Encounter was excellent Rome needed to remodel mathematician extremely small.Matt's not as comfortable as I'd like.Eric starr rattled rattled
