Property was okay. Upon arrival we waited to be checked in around 15 min for front desk to show up. Staff could’ve been more friendly but they were okay. Breakfast was okay too. Room could’ve been more updated had different colors on the walls, tub floor was stained not properly clean had dirt stains. No new toilet paper. Property was quiet.

The hotel is going through renovations. I think when completed this will be a lovely hotel. The staff was amazing. Every single person went above and beyond. Room was clean. Common spaces need some updates. I will stay here again

I have stayed at this hotel many time but this time was horrible. They are remodeling it and yes a couple of days before I got there they emailed me to tell me they were remodeling it and it will be some slowdown in the elevator and you may have to take the workers elevator but they didn't tell you that the hall ways will be very very hot, and smell in the hotel the rooms are horrible the water pressure is down right terrible so my whole experience is very very bad so I decided that I would not stay at that hotel ever again. I will say this the people at the front desk most of them were nice. And if they had a minus one star I would have gave him that that's just how bad it was.

They are doing construction and renovation. I wish it had been stated on the booking page so that I could have decided whether I wanted to book despite this or not. The breakfast was AWFUL !! It was like everything had been cooked two days ago! Greasy bacon... awful scrambled eggs!! And there was no toast!! I have asked for it !!!

The smell hits you once you get off the elevator. The bugs greeted me at the door. I tried to ignore it but they kept coming. I called down he changed rooms. We got to a better room not very much difference but better. I was sick all night for some reason finally got better by 6am. I fell asleep and was awakened by pounding from the floor above at 7AM. Front desk said there's nothing she can do they informed us about the repair work. I didn't realize they would be beating on the floor at 7. I pleaded with her she said sorry nothing she can do. I will never go back even after the remodel.

Pool closed, no hot water certain hours, no water at all certain hours. Smells like moldy mildew. Worst hotel I’ve ever been to. Should warn people about the construction before booking! Oh wait nobody would book then right! Then you can charge them for cancellation lol Room was dirty! Tub peeling paint, shower curtain had mold on it from being pushed to the side. They were vacuuming the hall at 7:30 in the god dang morning!! COMPLETE HOT MESS! Yall really need to close the hell down until construction is over with!!

Due to renovating water pressure was up n down. Other than that, was clean and staff were all very attentive n friendly.

The restaurant/bar was great. Met some awesome people. If we come back this way again, would like to see the new renovations that are being made on floors 1 thru 4.

They have 2 restaurants and a bar on site. The pool is beautiful.. I have gotten a room in the past that had a problem and they moved me into an upgraded room, a suite. I always stay there when I goto area because I know they have clean rooms. And they are reasonably priced. There is a HEB within a few miles for those items you may want that the hotel doesn't offer. It isclose to Ford Park, a movie theater, and several nice restaurants.

Extremely overpriced for sleeping in what felt like a motel. Rooms feel overly humid causing the feeling of wet sheets. Absolutely terrible and a waste of money.
