We found a bed bug and stained mattresses!! I posted a review on TikTok and all of the Natives came out saying how that is not the hotel to go to!

Very unpleasant stay bedding was from previous guest had hair over bed had to ask for the bed to be changed it was very itchy door had so many holes by the lock like the door had been kicked in multiple times felt very unsafe room had an unpleasant smell very strong cleaning product smell would not stay there again girl at front desk never looked at me when checking in because she was on a video call the whole time with her friends so unprofessional.

The staff was welcoming, on arrival and departure. The room was clean and well organized. The bed was comfortable for a good night's sleep.

the room looks awesome the sheets smell super bad we could smell weed for a long time i couldn’t sleep that i only stay for 5 hrs and took of in the middle of the night

The room was very clean and tidy. More than I expected. Now the room was 100 bucks total. They do not take cash, Wow we live in the US or what?! That's my first complaint, second the room was next to highway so if you're a light sleeper won't work, Get a room in back, for me not a problem, So really, it's a 4.5 rating. Would I stay there again , yes. Keep the above mentioned in mind.

There was a storm no power no person in lobby. Awful. Just awful stay.

I had a rough check in (had to change three different rooms due to love bugs being all over floors, walls and bed) but the guy working the front desk was helpful). It smelled of bug spray in the rooms but otherwise the room was fairly clean. I liked that it had a full kitchen and refrigerator. The breakfast was really good and the morning staff were friendly and helpful! When I asked for towels is the evening I was first told there were none, then that there were some but not full sized and that I had to come get them myself. I didn’t mind, but it was wild that three of the staff could be chilling in the lobby talking and no one could bring them up and one lady who gave me the towels had a smart remark.

We booked a room and when we got there. The hotel had no power. The place looked deserted, a girl was relaxing on her phone in a chair and she says oh we're not taking any reservations we don't have power. Great!!

I was turned away at check in due to power outage and not compensated.

I didnt get to stay I was able to book the hotel room through Booking.com even though the hotel was affected by the tropical storm and did not have power. I had to leave and find a different hotel.
