The room had a very strong smell. The television did not work I call the front desk on the evening of checking in and no one answered nor returned the call. When I spoke to the front desk attendant the next morning, he was aware of the issue with the television and said no telephone had worked for about two weeks because of issues with the WiFi.

Strong paint/cigarette odor in the hallways and even in my non-smoking room. Also spotted 2 small roaches next to my bed.

Had problems getting towels and wash clothes. Water pressure in the shower was minimal at best. I mean dont get me wrong the room was nice and well maintained and the people up front were nice. 2 nights in a row had people stomping above me, so I dont recommend staying on the bottom floor

the entire building were saturated with weed smoke young male laying in the hallway I felt unsafe I will never stay there again

My room was very clean and it was updated every day with new towels and my bed was made very nice. The front desk was very friendly. I don’t remember her name, but she was very sweet and always had a smile on her face.

The outside of the property was fine but as soon as you walk in there’s trash on the floor in the hallways, the check in desk was cluttered, & I was given the wrong room number. Also the elevator door barely works. This is a place I would NEVER stay again.

I like that the room was clean but the air conditioning was making noise and barely got any sleep because the room up above they was walking all night long and the dogs was barking all night. 2nd floor is where I slept at
