Nasty too many homeless people hanging around and in the building

The rooms were very clean, the TV was clear , the beds were comfortable. I lost a very expensive key and the front desk was very nice when I asked about it they had it and gave it to me. Yes it's a good place to stay.

Very disappointing experience. The hotel gave our reservation to another guest because we had the same last name, then told us we had already checked in. This could have been avoided by verifying our ID or confirmation number. The front desk employee was rude, didn't take responsibility, and wasn't upfront about the mistake. Poor customer service and a very frustrating experience.

The staff spoke upon arrival and check in was a quick process The property was dirty and my husband had to kill several roaches seen in the bathroom. Thank God we only needed the room to change throughout the day for different events. Once we returned back to the room after 2am, we took a quick nap so we could get on the road to leave to drive home, safely because we wasn’t comfortable!
