The hotel was unable to provide a room. The hotel was booked up. I payed for it but when I tried to confirm it by calling the hotel. They said all of their rooms were full and the money I payed would go back on my card.

Online said they had a pool. There was no pool. The stove to did not work and it smelled muggy. We also had a difficult time opening the door.

Very uncomfortable beds. No bedside lamp. Only blinds (no curtains) on window. Alarm of some sort went off all night long in reception area next to our room. Kitchen had no equipment, cookware, or utensils. Refrigerator wasn't a mini -fridge.
