The room was clean and comfortable. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good except the coffee did not stay hot and the toaster was not working. Other that those 2 things everything was great and we enjoyed our stay.

Surprisingly, good breakfast with a lot of variety. Very friendly and helpful staff. They do a really great job and I would for sure stay at this property again if I were in the area.

Yes the breakfast has improved tremendously. Just the cook was observed cleaning up and not wearing gloves and handling food

The face bowl sink was clogged and every time you flushed the toilet it made a loud noise until the tank will fill up. So the bathroom needs maintenance.

The property well well maintained with the road construction out front. Once all that is done it should be a nicer area

Great lobby & eating area and breakfast with some extras!! Staff was great and adjusted what we needed and got us an extra blanket even late at night! No complaints

I didn’t use the gym. The food taste like it’s processed, not fresh. Too many smokers during this visit, I came in from my makeup appointment and a lady was smoking near the door away not in designated smoke area. People who smoke doesn’t realize how much smoke lingers even after they finish. When I checked into my room I passed three rooms that had the hallway smelling like they were smoking in there rooms. I stayed in the 100 hallway.

The staff was very friendly and courteous and helpful in every way! The hotel was very clean, including the lobby very inviting. The room was fabulous. Very impressed.

The staff was very friendly and professional. Overall, the place was nice and clean; however, the water pressure in room 217 was not good at all and the “hot” water (especially for showering) was lukewarm at best.
