The next morning I asked staff to clean the room and remove the cockroach, but when I returned to the room the cleaning wasn’t done.

Location. Everything I needed was in the area and gave easy access to the interstate. Staff were helpful. Property was well maintained.

My room wad quiet. Check in ead quick and easy. Breakfast was good and plenty of choices. Chairs in the lounge needs a bit of an update.

Did not have breakfast. Much. Of the breakfast area was closed off. No phone in the room. EVERYONE DOES NOT HAVE A CELLPHONE. NO WAY TO GET HELP DURING THE NIGHT. I am a 83 year old man and had I had a problem it could have been hard to get help. I have never been in a Hampton Inn without room phones.

Staff was accommodating, but the property could use updating. I had to change rooms. The ceiling was falling in the bathroom and the lighting switch plate on the desk lamp was bare wires. Shorted my laptop power supply.

We checked in Friday night and checked out Sunday, no housekeeping the whole time, the lady that managed the breakfast she was very friendly
