Overall great value for the price! The beds and pillows are comfortable, the air conditioning was on when we arrived so the room was cool, plenty of towels stocked in the bathroom, which was very clean, and the rooms are close to sound proof, we slept great. We will definitely stay again when back in Beaumont for any reason.

Had issues at check in the pmt on the engine side did not go through to the hotel and had to call customer support and get them to send Hampton a new virtual card number for payment.

It was good, but room carpet was not clean. Air conditioner had mold and was rotting out underneath onto the floor. Toilet didn’t flush good at all. Staff was polite. Would prefer to stay somewhere closer to the work, far into Beaumont was pretty far from the work everything was a solid hour or more away, so had to drive and excessive amount of miles. Would prefer a nicer hotel in lumberton or Livingston or even woodville.

Old property in serious need of a remodel. Beds are hard. Probably better hotel options in the area. I was trying to be brand loyal but a lot of these old Hampton Inn locations are really starting to show their age.

No hot water (was informed beforehand and offered a refund, but I declined) and TV did not work.

The places terrible. Mold, mildew and unclean bathroom.

Dirty in the bathroom with dirt and nasty stuff around the bathtub. The hand lotion and soap bottles were pulled out of the wall. No hot water, the bathtub had black scum in it with no water pressure or hot water. The bathroom door was off track my husband had to put it back on. The tv would not show the correct time for programming. It’s in need of repair and cleaning

Yes the check in employee was vaping and blew it out in front of me. Very unprofessional. I am just recovering from Cancer and I still wear a head band to cover my bald head. Was almost ready to walk out but I’ve been traveling for 13 hours.
