The lication of this facilitu! Near eating places, gas stations, & movie theatre!!! I was able to see Micharl!!! They didn't serve breakfast but glad there were eating places near by.

Bed was comfy. Elevator was broken, I was on the second floor. I am 69 and it was hard for me to go up and down stairs. There was no breakfast. I expected breakfast since they are affiliated with IHG. They did not have a pool. Really? No pool.

The AC kept turning off in the middle of the night and I kept waking up sweating which is not fun or good. The internet reception in the building was horrible and spotty at best. The staff were nice and friendly but that is about it.

Bathroom had mold around the tub and toilet tank was leaking water after every flush from the bottom of the tank and the water valve under the toilet. Called to front desk and no answer. When I checked out they didn’t offer me a discount or any additional points for my stay, very unexpected coming from a big franchise like this one.

Hotel feels older and not the cleanest. Would go Marriott if I had to do over again.

The hotel was old and that was fine, but the heat didn’t work. I would have been okay but I had my small children with me. And when I called the front desk to advise that it was cold, they asked me to come check other rooms to find a warm one. I was appalled because clearly I am a guest. He went on to say that the heat was out because of a recent freeze and it had messed up. At the end of the day since it was late and our account had already been charged, we decided to stay and asked for extra blankets to make it through the night. We will never choose that location again.

Have stayed with many candlewood suites. This one does not live up to the brand. Mattress are saggy and need to be replaced. Carpet is very outdated. Halls need to be painted. First room the door didn’t shut or lock. Had to move to another room. This hotel does not live up to the candlewood brand. Please don’t stay here.
