They overbooked my room and still charged me for it. I had to pay for another hotel and they refuse to give me my money back.

Very clean and the staff was very friendly. The only complaint was the included breakfast could have had a little better selection. Other than that everything was very good. The hotel was decorated beautifully and appeared to be new and fresh.

Air conditioner was inconsistent, it would shut off and get hot until it was turn off then back on. Cellular data usage was impossible inside of the hotel and the data plan for streaming costs $5.

It was close to restaurants. I was there for a funeral. I booked a king room in advance. I was given a queen and was told I could only be given points instead of money back. I am a disabled veteran and requested a walk in shower. Was given a room with a bathtub. They changed the room and the room I was given had a very strong urine smell. The breakfast was not good. It was cold and looked like it was old food. Not many choices given. The construction going on in the area made it difficult to get around. I was charged 9.95 for something. I left the room the same way I got it except for the used towels on the bathroom floor. It was a terrible stay.

This was a great place for what we needed. Very clean and staff was respectful. Only thing I will say was the market was not fully stocked but aside from that everything was great.

The room was okay but the housekeeping needs to improve their cleaning!! I pay close attention to any hotel I stay at !! Base boards definitely need cleaning and the tub had hair in it!!
