This was a great place for what we needed. Very clean and staff was respectful. Only thing I will say was the market was not fully stocked but aside from that everything was great.

The room was okay but the housekeeping needs to improve their cleaning!! I pay close attention to any hotel I stay at !! Base boards definitely need cleaning and the tub had hair in it!!

Pullout bed is the most uncomfortable thing to sleep on.

Very clean, excellent room size, great location and atmosphere The bed was not comfortable and the pillows were flat. I tossed and turned all night woke up with the worst back pain.

Breakfast was good but the waffle maker didn't work properly. We checked out on Easter Sunday and they had placed eggs filled with candy around the hotel for the kids. Check in took over an hour,so setup for my 16yr olds birthday was delayed. Her ice-cream melted in the car waiting to get into the room. The desk clerk couldn't find the payment that was made in advance, so I had to contact the 3rd party site. Once they called the hotel to verify payment, the clerk was able to find the payment attached to the second room he was unaware we had. I asked "Robert"were we able to still get the adjoining room being that I'd spoken to "Daniel" that morning prior to check in and he said they were available and he would put a hold on them. Robert informed me that the rooms i requested were filled and he could see the hold on my account but the rooms were no longer available. I asked for a manager. Robert called someone to explain the situation. He talked for about 10 minutes, then he returned to tell me they did have the connecting rooms as requested and that I was receiving an upgrade. I paid for 2 king suites. I received 1 king suite and a handicapped suite with the bed on the floor. The handicapped room had fleas or something because everyone who stayed in that particular room had large insect bites and complained of itching.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bedding was dirty and dingy. The comforter needs to be replaced. The towels were also dingy.

I loved the large rooms with desk and kitchenette! The bed was very comfortable! I wish they had better coffee!! I like espresso.

The housekeeping staff can definitely do better!!The top cover smelled like cologne that indicates the housekeeping staff didn’t change the top linen. I requested for my sheets to be changed but that wasn’t done as well!!
