Very clean. The hotel is difficult to reach due to construction on I-10. I have stayed here before and loved the breakfast options. This time, breakfast was totally different and disappointing.

definitely the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in. it was a king size bed so it took up like 80% of the room. but there was enough room on each side of the bed to hug a person before going to bed. there is like hooks on the wall in the place of where closet would be. The television allows you to send any streaming service you have on your phone to that television. and a small as the dining area is. it is a full breakfast. I was truly surprised at that. I woke up thinking coffee apple juice and a danish but I woke up to sausage hash rounds eggs cereal apples a 24-hour coffee machine hot chocolate basically a full breakfast. The parking lot was well lit after they remembered to turn the lights on. and the staff lady was very friendly and accommodating. I will stay here again. The room had a slightly strong smell of bleach which made me think I was next to the pool. but there is no pool. it was just clean. I was good.

The staff that checked me in and out were very polite. Room was clean and comfortable. At first it seemed like the guests that were staying here were sketchy (It was 11pm) But in the morning it was very family oriented. Breakfast had hot and cold options. Overall, our overnight stay was quiet and comfortable.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bed was cozy, and everything I needed was provided. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with any questions. The hotel was quiet, making it easy to relax, and the overall atmosphere was warm and inviting. This hotel was exceptionally clean.The front end staff and the housekeepers were very courteous and helpful.The only problem we had was the electricity went off for half of Saturday,came back on and they lost power again Saturday night for about 4 hrs.We were on the 1st floor and had to walk up 4 flights of stairs to get back to our room on the 4th floor.The air never went off, Thank God, because their generator is in excellent condition.I won't be returning because it's a pain to get any discount for my inconvenience.

The room was small but clean. They have an amazing coffee bar in the breakfast area, but no coffee maker or microwave in the room. Breakfast was standard fare, but it was nice. Everything was very clean, and staff was nice.

At approximately 2:00 AM on Thursday, May 28th, I was awakened by someone knocking loudly on my door for a minute, followed by continuous banging for about 10 minutes. I was extremely frightened and immediately called the front desk, but no one answered. Five minutes later, the same individual returned and banged on my door for another 10 minutes. The next morning at 7:30 AM, I reported this terrifying incident to the duty manager, Vincent F. He made me wait in the lobby for 40 minutes to check the security footage, only to tell me he couldn't find anything because he "accidentally looked at the wrong footage"—which is highly unprofessional given that I clearly stated my room number. When I returned to the hotel that evening, another staff member, Mallory, gave me a completely conflicting story. She stated that according to Vincent's notes, it was just a DoorDash driver who knocked on the wrong door. It is completely absurd to claim that a delivery driver would violently bang on a door for over 20 minutes at 2:00 AM. I strongly believe the hotel staff is lying to cover up a major security failure and their failure to answer an emergency guest call. I am requesting that Hotels.com takes the following actions immediately: 1 Issue a full refund for my 4-night stay due to the severe breach of safety protocols and terrible customer service. 2. Provide additional compensation points .
