Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Beaumont West / I-10 & Walden

Very clean. Wonderful to have a kitchen suite in our room, even if we did not get to use. Our only disappointment was the morning breakfast which was a lot of sugary items, all on disposable items, fairly messy in the morning and so much trash.

Immaculately clean room, great friendly staff, great amenities! I definitely recommend 10/10! Thanks for the great hospitality!!!

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The only problem we had was the room was HOT! The unit wouldn't go below 72, and even then, I don't think it ever went below 75. We woke up in the middle of the night sweating profusely. The other room in our reaervation was the same way.

This was a very pleasant place to stay. The woman at the front desk was very nice. She answered all of our questions about the area.

Clean and fresh

Wow, what can I say? So glad we stayed here! We thought the hotel was newly built, but the nice employee at the front desk told us they’ve been there since 2017! It’s unbelievable because everything seemed brand new. The hotel and grounds were clean and well kept, common areas as well. Our room was nice and so comfortable. Housekeeping was amazing! We didn’t eat breakfast there, so we can’t give a review on that. I would say the only downside was there weren’t any sort of streaming service available on the t.v. A Roku would’ve been nice, but not a deal breaker. It wasn’t really located conveniently for us, but it seemed like the best hotels were in this vicinity. We would’ve liked to stay NW Beaumont as it was closer to our kids. Overall we were happy. We recommend and would definitely stay again!

Great place

We arrived after midnight after having car trouble on the road. We were going to ask if we could check out one hour later but the lady who was at the front desk was so unfriendly and Curt with us we decided not to try. Very unwelcoming.

New and clean. Had a full kitchen with dishes and a Keurig coffee maker. Better than many more expensive places I've stayed.

Clean room, kitchen in the room was nice, no problems at all with my stay. Highly recommend.

Nice and clean room. The water pressure was low in the bathroom but other than that I had a good experience. The breakfast options were good as well. Friendly staff.

Instead of showing empathy or trying to help, the staff made us feel like we were not welcome. This was one of the worst customer service experiences we’ve had. I would not recommend this hotel based on the way guests are treated.
