Room was very clean staff was great, breakfast was bad

Instead of showing empathy or trying to help, the staff made us feel like we were not welcome. This was one of the worst customer service experiences we’ve had. I would not recommend this hotel based on the way guests are treated.

Location was great, off of I-10. Easy to find We were given a room that was out of order, and front staff were not on the same page. The room smelled like pesticides and the floor was very sticky. The room key did not work, and we were unable to access the hotel room. We talked to front desk about it, and they told us we would receive a discount and we never received it.

Love the room! It has a full kitchen and the bed was very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.

Nice big room. Front desk staff was very helpful. Breakfast was ok...eggs, sausage, cereal, waffles. Third floor hall smelled faintly of smoke. Small rip in carpet in my room. Power went out for a couple of hours early in the AM. Came on by 7:45 so we did get coffee.

Was very close to the baseball stadium that we were there for. Lots of restaurants close by. The rooms were nice, loved that it had a full kitchen with a garbage disposal. Dish soap and dish scrubber would have been nice. Guess you can bring your own for a longer stay. Staff was friendly. Bed was comfortable. Has a full length mirror which I appreciate. The AC unit was a bit loud.

Clean room, Staff need to improve in terms of attention to the customer. Breakfast is typical: scrambled eggs, sausage, pancakes, etc. Comparing the stay cost and what it receives, I would say it is okay

Great room except for a slight rip in the carpet. Good location. Staff went above and beyond expectations.

The night we checked in the lady was very rude and told me she was gonna have to charge me an extra 289. Dollars. She said because my area code and zip code were from different areas. Then when maids cleaned the room they took the dirty towels and did not leave any clean ones. The day we went to check out the orange juice was out so I told the lady at the desk and she said ok but then sat there for at least 30 minutes on her phone I had drove 10 hours so mom could celebrate her birthdaythe night we got there the 12th we could even turn the TV on when we went down to the front the same ride lady that checked us in was very rude and said I am not leave the front desk.si we asked if there was anyone else that could come fix it and she got very rude as yelled no. I finally figured out it only needed new battery. When we took it back down she slammed the control down which it had 3 different size batteries in it. When ny mom got back to the room she was crying. This hotel ruined her birthday weekend I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. I really think the owner needs to rethink the staff. Also it says no pets but I watched someone walk their little black dog so
