I had to check out a day early because inclement weather caused my meetings to be cancelled. The stay was fine up to that time.

The handle to the bathroom door was broken and needs replaced.

Indoor pool computer a bar very beautiful You have to pay $14.99 for breakfast and you can’t bring it up to your room with me and the maintenance man would not fix the Wi-Fi in the room so that I could play the movie I purchased for me and my little girl and he would not fix the landline phone for a courtesy wake up call and the hairdryer didn’t work and he forcefully sexually assaulted me and I got in touch and went up there immediately and they were super relaxed about it and my me and My daughter had just got back from the pool and we’re both about to take a bath together and so we were renewed, and she just a little girl, and he entered the room by himself without knocking or anything

Previous visit here was good but this time the ac unit made weird clunking noises all night and I could hear loud children next door at 5:30am!

I usually stop at this hotel when I take trips to see my grandchildren in Louisiana. This was the second time the hot tub was not operable this year. The 3rd trip to Louisiana this year, my wife and I stayed at the LaQuinta in Orange, Texas. It is about another 30 minutes added to my driving day. Their hot tub was operable. I am disabled and I have limits in how far I can drive comfortably. Another reason we stay at this hotel is that my beautiful wife loves to eat at Pappadeaux's across the street. I hope they get this problem fixed soon.

The rooms were spacious and clean. They charge for breakfast after it was advertised for free. The staff also isn’t very friendly in anytime I asked for something they’d forget I asked and I have to go back down and remind him. Coffee is awful. Terrible.
