I always stay there when I go to bmt I will never stay anywhere else the staff has always been kind and respectful just down the guy awesome employees I have stayed there a lot and not one time has any staff members been rude and not helpful!! Yall are a 10/10 to me

We enjoyed our stay we did not have any wash cloths but the front desk corrected that Quickly. No regrets. Breakfast was great. Will stay a again.

The room was spacious. It can get a little noisy sometimes.

Didn’t have breakfast til 8am and it was gone. Not much to say but smelled bad by elevator because trash bags sat there all night.

What I didn’t like was the elevator doesn’t work and we need to use the stairs to go to the 3rd floor with our 2 toddlers. Also, the blanket was not clean; we still see some stains. Lastly, I saw one small cockroach crawling on the wall of our room.

Roach in the bedding and staff at the desk seriously lacked any customer service and we're borderline rude! If an establishment is just ok but not too bad i usually skip the review but THIS PLACE AND THE STAFF WORKING THERE warranted a review. Will stay anywhere BUT there next time.

This is a no charge visit and Expedia better not have charged me for this trip with a hotel that had no electricity whatsoever no front desk, staff whatsoever and hotel lobby smelled like sewer

The hotel had a bad smell. My room had roaches, leaky toilet and fire alarm dangling from the ceiling. I alerted the staff about my concerns and requested a discount but they only offered to change my room. No manager was available to help and they would not give me any information on the manager to contact later.

The staff willingly took 100 on my card. Told me it would be returned at check out. Did not even mention cash could be used and the next day a new staff member said it takes 4-7 days. So they hold your money for over a week.

No kitchenette, no sofa. Just a basic room There were roaches in our room and bathroom and mold in the shower

The card to acces my run did work properly and it was a night mare to get into the room. The second ningh I ask to be place in another room and it furniture was very old and the fire detector was hangin from the celling. I took a picture of it in case you want it

The property is old and needs to be remodeled. I went to close the curtains and there were bugs all over the window inside & out and on the drapes. I did not see them anywhere else in the room, but it really freaked me out. The bed was hard and lumpy and the bedding was so thin it was almost see through. The mold in the shower was covered with caulking like that would cover it up. I was very disappointed, but it was late & I was exhausted. I will not be ever staying there again.

The hotel is dated. Room was clean & housekeeping was excellent. Towels & soaps could be a better quality. I will look at to stay elsewhere at any future stays in Beaumont.
