The breakfest was the best hotel breakfast i have ever had

Al llegar al hotel a la medianoche, resulta que alguien en front desk se equivocó e hizo check in bajo mi nombre, la chica en turno se sorprendió y me dijo que nunca había visto que pasara eso, y más porque ese huésped firmó la hoja con mi nombre y no se fijó (tenemos el mismo apellido). Pero ella muy amablemente me asignó otra habitación igual a la que reservé yo. Todo estaba muy limpio y las camas extremadamente cómodas. El desayuno estaba muy bueno. Lo único por lo que no le pongo 5 estrellas es porque el hotel tenía un olor muy intenso a humedad, al menos en el tercer piso en el que me quedé, y ese olor no me dejó dormir bien. Fuera de ahí, todo muy bien 👍

There just to sleep and left within 5 hours of checking in, THANK GOODNESS. The mold and the actual WET sheets from the humidity would have taken me out! I try to stay on La Quinta Inns because I know the beds aren’t hard like all other hotels but this one definitely needed some work.

The side doors did not work and I had to open the electric door with my hands

We would stay there again . Reasonable price, nice hotel, friendly staff.

We arrived at the hotel and the front automatic door was broken so you had to physically slide it open and closed which I thought wasn't a big deal but it was a sign of how bad this place is. When the elevator door opened on our floor it smelled like mold and the rooms were even worse it was hard to breathe in there. there was water damage on all the doors, the panels in the shower were sealed with silicone and you could see black mold growing on the seams the mirror had mold growing behind it. The sheets for the bed were stained and dirty, honestly everything in the room felt dirty and clammy and very humid in there. The ac did not have a dehumidifier feature so even after showering it felt gross in there. The only reason we didn't leave was because we had driven 10 hours that day and after bringing all the luggage up without seeing the room we were just to tired to load the cars up and get back on the road.

Front door was broken. So carrying bags and trying to pry open a door was not very welcoming. I was told this hotel is great for traveling solo but the doors do not have deadbolts. Room smelled so bad I went and bought a plug in freshener. Shower curtain doesn’t stay closed while in the shower. Toilet ran all night. Didn’t have a hot tub. Elevator had an expired inspection sticker from 2025 and the door barely wanted to open. Had to use my hot spot for the tv.

The property clearly needs maintenance. My room smelled pretty bad.

We arrived at the hotel to be greeted by broken electric sliding doors which we had to manually pry apart. Upon entering the smell that his was a wall of damp and mildew. Then greeted by a receptionist that had no people skills, bordering rude. You could tell she’d rather be anywhere other than where she was. We chose the hotel because it was pet friendly and had a pool. After driving for 9 hours the children wanted to swim, but were presented with a cloudy pool with areas foaming from chemicals or something equally unappealing. The bedroom was clean and comfortable. Oh and insult to injury. They say they have WiFi, which they do but none of our devices would recognize there being any service. There are better options surrounding it I highly recommend going to one of them.

Doors didnt work on either back or front. Rooms smelled of smoke. Stairwell was stuffed with trash.

For the price I paid to stay in a suite there should of been better cable channels and the setting area furniture was hard and out dated the carpet had a wet smell ac felt as if it needed to be changed

The property is very outdated! There was a terrible musty smell in the hall and the room smell was not fresh either. The smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling as well. The fitness room has very outdated equipment. The breakfast was good.

Room was clean but many things were falling apart, paint peeling, unkept. Dining area was clean. Breakfast was marginal. Most of the campus was dingy and the location is in an area where there are many closed down buildings, etc...so probably not the best location.

Hotel sliding door did not work when coming in. Old musty smell in lobby and room. Asked for something to deodorize the room, and was given an almost empty bottle of Lysol spray. When I reached out to Expedia, I was told I would have to pay for one night and that I would have to figure out my accommodations for the rest of the weekend. (I was there from a Friday until Sunday). Mind you, I never been to the area, so I would not know where I should go, at the last minute. I purchased a plug in, Febreeze spray, vinegar, and baking soda to stay in that room. The room was also not very clean. Never again!

The cleaning was terrible, the bed had a stain as if they hadn't changed it, the smell was awful. It was the worst experience. The breakfast milk was spoiled. They should refund some of what I paid for.

I was fooled by the pics and reviews. We arrived late at night and the sliding doors didn’t work. The lady at the front desk was nice though. We got to the room and it had a funky smell. My girls did not want to stay there. I checked the beds and one of the pillows had hair on it, the bed sheets were stained. My daughter she could feel a hole under the carpet. I called the front desk and the telephone was not working properly. We got our things and left immediately. Money down the drain!!!

The property was good. The lady that was working in the front desk was amazing. She was very helpful and very sweet to my granddaughter. The first room we had had a weird blood stain on the sheets, which is normal. I get that it was just yucky so she moved us right away. The second room was great clean Fresh. The bathroom was spotless.Would stay again and will

The pressure for the showers was perfect
