Hotel was disgusting! Room smelled sour, like mold. It was dirty. There was long, black hair left in the shower from, god knows, how many guests before our stay. It was just gross and very disappointing. Never EVER again will we stay here. And not to mention the whole floor smelled like weed

Breakfast was very good. Front desk receptionist was wonderful. Air conditioner did not cool the room. Roach in the bathroom. Bathroom sink was severely cracked.

Rooms were pretty clean, breakfast ok, decent pricing Getting a call on the road about my payment not going thru, when I specifically book a "pay at property" room. Getting double charged on my room deposit, then having to go thru Corporate just to get my deposit back. No one had any answers to my questions about my deposit, check in staff (older Lady, can't recall name) was rude and abrupt when speaking with me. I have booked at Comfort Suites all over the Country and never had a bad experience like Beaumont, Tx. Will not be booking again!!

From the moment we went in, the smell punched us. Like dampness, feet, body odor, I don't even know what it was. The hall was fine, the restroom didn't smell, but the room was really bad. Had to go tell Brittany at the front. She was super nice. Offered to change room but I really wanted 2 beds and sofa bed. So she handed us an air freshener which only masked smell for a little while. •tub was super ugly including walls. •Keys kept having issues • our beds weren't done on our 2nd day. We left and I tried leaving everything cleaned just for beds to be done when we came back. Mid day husband went to room and only the rest room was clean. Our beds were left the same. He asked front office if they could do our beds before we came back. When we got there around 5, beds were the same. First hotel out of like 10 hotels that did this. ☆hot tub yacuzzi at pool was not working.
