The ice machine on the 4th floor was broken. They were doing loud carpet cleaning in the halls. There was no hot food. The faucet water was brown. The fixtures were rusted and falling out of the walls. It wasn’t great.

Got to hotel later than planned. Clerk was super sweet. They also had a security member outside patrolling which made me feel comfortable as I was traveling alone with my kids.

Great hotel. Safe : we had our bikes locked in back end of truck & we’re a little worried but had no issues.

The night staff was completely out of line we were playing music but they never called to tell us to turn it down all they did was enter my room without permission and said turn it down or I’m calling the police so I turned it down and not even 5 min later the police came and gave me and 2 others a notice that we could never be back on the property again and made us leave after drinking and had to get another room because of her being some sorts of discrimination towards us and pool was not swim able with globs of hair cloudy water dirty area

Breakfast was excellent with an amazing variety of choices, and everything was delicious. The morning and afternoon receptionists were very friendly, welcoming, and hospitable. Unfortunately, the evening receptionist was rude and unpleasant, which was disappointing. Aside from that experience, everything else about my stay was wonderful. I really enjoyed my time here and will definitely be back!

We dint like that the pool was out of service for maintenance for 2 days. The shower seemed that it wasn't clean it had hairs.
