    Over all it was okay. My main concern was the cleanliness of the room. When I went in the room it seemed clean but then I walked around a bit and noticed a few concerns. The shower and sink had hairs in it. Then the bed just looked a bit off. I inspected it since the bathroom was a bit sketch but it was okay maybe just not made as crispy as I was used to. The hotel is pet friendly so I heard a dog crying next door, not so bad I didnt sleep but enough to just be curious. Thought there were a few things that were mega I think it works for a quick stay. It is an extended stay hotel so the rooms have a fridge, dishwasher, and some dishes so that was nice to have. The breakfast was good! I liked that there were options.

    I loved the contactless check in through the Hilton honors app. I was an able to retrieve a digital key and access room directly with my phone. No need to stop but the front desk.

    Breakfast was gross, room smelled bad but the staff was nice and helpful! Another thing is our microwave didn’t work

    I liked the large refrigerator and fully stocked dishes and flatware. There was a dishwasher and the room was large. It was very nice.

    The staff was so friendly and accommodating. Everything we needed was immediately taken care of and the room was amazing. It made our crazy weekend trip so much better to have a nice space to come back to each night.

    The front pool had the same floating debris and trash on deck for well over a day. The outdoor furniture is worn, and the outdoor fans dont work. Guests can get rowdy from children running up and down the hallways for 30+ minutes well into the evening hours to parties in the pool area.

    It was in the middle of a lot of restaurants Our water pressure was very low. The shower still had dirt in it. When I checked in the young lady didn’t help with much she didn’t even tell me my total for the room or how much incidentals were per night. It was you can insert your card when you’re ready I said well can you atleast tell me my total!

    The convenience of the location. It looked new. It was a really nice and well kept hotel. Staff was amazing. My husband left his wedding band on the night stand the day we checked out. He called them on the way back to Houston. The housekeepers had taken it to the front desk and they held it until we coiled come back to get it (3 weeks later). I can’t complain about anything. Everything was really great.

    The facilities were great, clean and well maintained. The bed was hard, 3pillows for a king size bed??? No pillow cases or sheets for the pull out in the room. Asked for more pillows and never received any. Front desk clerk was less than professional. I spoke with the manager the next day as to the situation. Let's just say she looked like she was on something.

    This is our 2nd time staying at this hotel in the past month and both visits have been great. The front desk staff is very friendly and the rooms are very clean. This is our new go to hotel for tournaments in Beaumont.
