Stayed in a suite on the first floor, surprised at how huge room really was. Will absolutely stay here again.

The property was very clean , the rooms were spacious and they served breakfast every morning. I would Definitely book this property again if I had to travel to this area.

Over all it was okay. My main concern was the cleanliness of the room. When I went in the room it seemed clean but then I walked around a bit and noticed a few concerns. The shower and sink had hairs in it. Then the bed just looked a bit off. I inspected it since the bathroom was a bit sketch but it was okay maybe just not made as crispy as I was used to. The hotel is pet friendly so I heard a dog crying next door, not so bad I didnt sleep but enough to just be curious. Thought there were a few things that were mega I think it works for a quick stay. It is an extended stay hotel so the rooms have a fridge, dishwasher, and some dishes so that was nice to have. The breakfast was good! I liked that there were options.

Breakfast was gross, room smelled bad but the staff was nice and helpful! Another thing is our microwave didn’t work

I liked the large refrigerator and fully stocked dishes and flatware. There was a dishwasher and the room was large. It was very nice.

The staff was so friendly and accommodating. Everything we needed was immediately taken care of and the room was amazing. It made our crazy weekend trip so much better to have a nice space to come back to each night.

The location is convenient to get around the city. The rooms were clean I stayed at this hotel for a stretch of 3 weeks and it left much to be desired by their less than satisfactory housekeeping, and worse yet the front desk staff. The staff at the front desk are unprofessional, they each apply and enforce rules differently- who receives complimentary water varies greatly based on who is working yet they are all adamant they are "following the rules". They get argumentative with guests, and are often sitting at the dining tables, on their phones. It looks and feels awkward walking into this hotel where they appear to be perpetually on a break. The front pool had the same floating debris and trash on deck for well over a day. The outdoor furniture is worn, and the outdoor fans dont work. Guests can get rowdy from children running up and down the hallways for 30+ minutes well into the evening hours to parties in the pool area.

It was in the middle of a lot of restaurants Our water pressure was very low. The shower still had dirt in it. When I checked in the young lady didn’t help with much she didn’t even tell me my total for the room or how much incidentals were per night. It was you can insert your card when you’re ready I said well can you atleast tell me my total!

The convenience of the location. It looked new. It was a really nice and well kept hotel. Staff was amazing. My husband left his wedding band on the night stand the day we checked out. He called them on the way back to Houston. The housekeepers had taken it to the front desk and they held it until we coiled come back to get it (3 weeks later). I can’t complain about anything. Everything was really great.
