Air conditioning worked well, nice black out curtains, spacious. No hair dryer, no iron or iron board. Large kitchen, and small fridge but nothing in cupboards to use. Very Budget.....
-
Pretty reliable and fairly clean. Easy to check in and out. Parking available. Rooms are air conditioners- which is great for summer nights. Overall good for price.

The room had good Air Conditioning.

Ok

Very dirty floors, and edges. Stained sheets and comforter. TV did not work.

Great location, close to Costco and many restaurants. We booked the hotel to take a shower after a long trail race in Mt Hood before flying back to Texas that night. The shower pressure is great, the room is clean, and the front desk staff is friendly and very kind (He was from Texas too!)!

The room was lovely. The staff is very generous and polite. I loved it here!

Filthy, smelly, nasty, dirty, unfinished. It's like if it's under remodeling, terrible place to stay, old stuff in it,

Absolutely the most filthy, disgusting motel I’ve ever been to in my entire life. Trust me you’d rather sleep in your car omg it was so disgusting here. Do not stay here, it’s not worth how cheap it is.

Tinny bathroom I be never seen. Loud food step sounds from upper floor last all night long. Could not find any coffee dispenser in the lobby. Terrible

Photos of this hotel on Expedia don’t actually represent the poor conditions of the rooms or the hotel. Stayed for four days (we just slept and left as soon as we woke up) no one ever cleaned our room. Door did not lock properly, evidence that it had been kicked open was obvious, bathroom had one light bulb out of four, the other three were missing. Trash was left in the refrigerator from previous customer. Musty odor, dirty carpets, I can go on but I think you get the picture. If you need to stay on budget, stay at the Confort Inn across the street!

Clean room great staff ……..

The bed wasn't made and the room was dirty. Something in the room was triggering my asthma so I couldn't stay in the room the second night and checked out. The hotel refused to give me a refund.

This motel room was a comedy of errors: one of the burners in the range was missing, there were no garbage bags in the kitchen trash, the TV didn't work, the phone wasn't even connected, the bathroom faucet didn't work, the bathroom vanity would pull away from the wall a good inch, the baseboard in the bathroom was falling off, and everything looked filthy. We didn't even use the shower because the whole place was so disgusting. There was no continental breakfast, tho I asked when I booked the room and was told there would be. The lady clerk that checked us in was nice enough, but this whole place could use a makeover-after a thorough cleaning! We wanted a good price and thought we would settle for a shabby but clean place. We got the worst motel room stay we've ever had.

Budget inn lives up to its name. Broken appliances, holes in the walls and the doors, trash in the room, and an unopened condom made an appearance. Didn’t really see the staff but I suppose they’re fine. You definitely get what you pay for here.

There are decent Bars and Resturants just a quick walk down the street or easy enough public transit to use if you don't have a car and don't want to rent one. Which is nice. Would definitely stay here again, ⁷úúú
