We went down to the breakfast room to get coffee. The room was cramped and not easy to get around, especially when full of people. There was an elderly lady with walking sticks trying to maneuver around and in the process fell hitting her head on a wall causing quite a gash to the top of her head. A few men came to help her up and stop the bleeding. There was a lot of blood on the floor. The men got her into a chair, myself and another women tried calling 911 but the lady didnt want us to call. She definitely should have been checked out. It took some time before someone from the hotel actually showed up to assist. The lady then seemed to ask for her money back for her stay? The lady who was working the breakfast came out with the regular mop to clean up the blood. Since I work in health care I was mortified over the thought of bio hazard just being mopped up like any other spill. Where is the hotel's protocol on emergencies? Clearly this lady should have been checked out by EMTs and then could have refused service if she truly was ok, she clearly needed stitches. Why did it take so long for someone from the hotel to actually respond. Why is bio hazard being treated like no big deal. What else is being overlooked

Weird set up where the lobby is not accessible by the elevator. Shower curtain and bath mat needed to be replaced, both were torn and ratty looking. We did sleep well and the breakfast was good. It was close to where we were going, so it worked out well.

I was able to change from a single king to two queens easily on booking.com. The beds were very comfortable. They were able to accommodate an early check in. The location was great for our trip. The street noise was a bit loud being next to train tracks.

Nice location. Safe and clean. Nice soft beds. WiFi is basically unusable. I tried several times and the connection was always too weak or failed all together. Used my phone as a Hotspot for my entire stay. Unit above me had very creaky floor and I could hear every footstep. Found several long hairs in my bed and pillow.

Close to downtown, affordable, decent breakfast Not so clean, hot water didn’t work, really strong smell of cleaning aerosols, irritated my throat and eyes
-
The only issue was no room cleaning service for 3 days don't know if that was on me to call for that or they supposed to show up every day like I see on different hotels
-
The motel is close to the event I was going to. Very convenient. The room was clean spacious. The bed was a little uncomfortable, but normally any bed is uncomfortable the first night. We had a good stay. Everybody was friendly.

Location, comfortable and quiet. Ants

Excellent breakfast and breakfast facilities. Confusing Television, hard to figure out.

Location of the property is good. Not a clean room. Bathroom toilet seat water was leaking and room was not clean properly. There were bunch of hair everywhere.
-
Nothing Staff have no care for customers, as the hotel was not busy, staying for 1 night. They put us right by the very noisy road, above the pool with screaming kids. Poor WiFi connection also.

Good, safe, and quiet area. The hotel offers a free EV charger, which was very convenient. Our room was very spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. Check-in was quick and easy. Overall, we had a great experience staying there. The only downside was that the reception staff were not very friendly and seemed quite serious. Also, if you want your room cleaned during your stay, you need to request it; otherwise, housekeeping does not clean the room automatically.
