it is a great place to stay, the breakfast choice is not as much as I had in other Hayates.

Clean facilities and helpful staff

Hotel is great but they don’t have a lot of parking and if they do l, they over charge.

I’d say to ask when they can go pass to clean the rooms

Central area to what we were there for.

Very nice view of the train outside the window. We could not hear it at all. Very quiet, Lovely room. Nice just like an apartment. We had everything we needed. Will stay there again.

No complaints. Clean and love having a kitchen. nothing.

We love this place. We have stayed here 3 times and it is always clean, comfortable, the staff is friendly, the rooms are well designed and there are nice amenities. The hotel is in a nice area.

The whole night went was causing a bad noise which staff could not fix it and offered me ear plug which hurt my ears at night and told me this kind of noise are NORMAL when I complained.It was very worse experience than even cheaper motels.I did not likreit.parking was so expensive and train pass by too close and its too noisy.THUMBS DOWN!!!

The staff provided a wonderfully warm welcome, the room was impressively spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. To top it off, the breakfast was beautifully presented and delicious. Would change nothing.

clean, good location, friendly staff

The area was great, very safe. Within walking distance to great restaurants, tap rooms and BG Cartel nearby - a plaza with a variety of high quality food trucks. The hotel was well furnished and spacious. We enjoyed our family stay with two teenagers.

Proximity to public transportation

Rooms were clean, thoughtfully stocked with kitchen supplies. It was a nice touch by the hotel to provide bottled waters. It’s located in a convenient location with lots of food options. It’s mostly quiet but there is a train track next to it so expect some noise

Hotel location was perfect and Room was spacious. Staff was friendly and stay was good. there could be improvement at Breakfast counter where pancake machine was not working and hot water facility not given even when asked.

The staff is always so welcoming and the room is always clean.

Quiteness Location setup

There is a lack of parking and it cost $38.00 per night/day I was unaware of this until I got there. My stay was 10 days with 7 of those days with rental car . They should disclose this before booking it probably would have changed my mind to stay there. But very nice hotel.
