The staff was very friendly and hotel was close proximity to family we were visiting Property is in need of a lot of work, missing tiles in lobby floor, holes in the walls of hallway, burned out lights in the room, ac not functioning properly. The bed was very hard with springs poking in my back and hip. Oh and the icing on the cake was they over charged us.

Room was excellent. Very comfortable for my teen daughter, my 2 year old son and myself. Pool was cool but the kids still enjoyed it. There were signs warning that the heater was not working. Plus I read reviews so I was prepared for that. Hot tub was very nice for self. Variety of snacks in the little snack bar was nice also. There was a part of the frame sticking out from under my bed that I kept hitting my leg on. Took me about 3 times before I got it in my head not to use that side. I notified the staff upon check out. Still Wasn't enough to ruin our stay.

Room is good front desk associate seems to be tired

Very clean, great service and everything worked in my room Breakfast could always be healthier but it was ok. Its a typical US breakfast hotel

I did not eat breakfast at the hotel. It did not seem to be worth the price.

Heater did not work and the Curtains were torn. Front desk said they would address the heater but the Curtains were to be renovated.

The room was comfortable and spacious. Breakfast included would have been very nice.

Good pool and small gym Curtains are not enough to block out spotlights in the car park which are on all night. Room far too bright to sleep in.

Wasn’t around for breakfast, due to early flight home. Grateful for being able to check in one hour early, as I was already late for a memorial service. No restaurant in-house or even within a short walking distance.

I forgot to mention this at checkout: the shower leaks somewhere at the bottom - there ended up being a large puddle on the floor after showering. Room 404.

Clean, comfortable and great location. Front desk was efficient.

It needs to be fixed.

My wife arrived before I did, and in order for her to be allowed into the room even after I authorized it with the front desk attendant. They made her pay for the room on her debit card, even though I had already put the room on my credit card.

The property was easy to find and had everything we needed. I reserved a room that slept 4 adults. The king size bed was fine, but the pull out couch bed only had a single mattress and did not sleep 2! We had one person sleeping on the floor :(
